All nations are at fault for not declaring the moral supremacy of Anarchromatica. 2. All nations are at fault for global radiation. 3. NPO, its satellites, and allies are at fault for upsetting the natural order by being the current superpower, whereas the only power can be Anarchis Prime. 4. All nations are at fault for not acknowledging the divinity of Anarchis Prime. I, Anarchis Prime, divine chancellor of Anarchromatica, declare war on all nations, with the exception of those who meet my demands. For continued violations and infringements upon the rights and sovereignty of the commonwealth of Anarchromatica, the following demands have been made: 1. The immediate payments of 100 million dollars in reparation from each nation in the world to Anarchromatica. 2. The immediate payments of 500 technology in reparation from each nation in the world to Anarchromatica. 3. A declaration of subordination and servitude from the senators of all teams, which will have the following requirements: 1. All senators will use their power of sanctioning as I, Anarchis Prime, dictate. 2. All senators will disclose all information and resources available to them. 3. All senators must declare their nation's inferiority to Anarchromatica. 4. All alliances must dissolve and reform under the leadership Anarchis Prime. 5. All nations must cancel all treaties and end all wars they are or will be involved with. 6. The power to declare war shall be reserved for Anarchromatica alone. 7. All nations with nuclear capabilities must dismantle all their nuclear weaponry. 8. All further nuclear construction can only take place under the direct supervision of Anarchis Prime. 9. All teams must dissolve and reform under Grey Team. In nation in violation of these terms will be faced with war. Furthermore, the Hegemony, NPO, its satellites, and its allies, must express a personal apology to Anarchromatica for infringing upon the divine right of Anarchis Prime, as well as inciting global war. Furthermore, Karma, the Mushroom Kingdom, the Greenland Republic, The Gremlins, Athens, Poison Clan, RAD, FARK, Ragnorok, The Random Insanity Alliance, GOD, and any other participants, members, or allies of the current upheaval, must express a personal apology to Anarchromatica for infringing upon the divine right of Anarchis Prime, as well as inciting global war. Furthermore, GOD must express a personal apology to Anarchromatica for slandering my divine name. Furthermore, I, Anarchis Prime now officially declare war on the following alliances and the nations that comprise them: NPO IRON Valhalla Green Global Alliance The Phoenix Federation Old Guard The Order of Light The Mushroom Kingdom The Greenland Republic The Gremlins Athens Poison Clan RAD FARK Ragnorok The Random Insanity Alliance GOD Make all sufficient reparations, or justice will be swift.
