Visa requirements are hereby waved but criminal background checks will still be preformed. We do this for fear of Slavic oppression and in understanding that many Slavorussian nationalists may become violent if not given a place to move to. "Slavs are Nords too. He then dropped the letter opener, fixed his hair with his fingers, and sat back down and began eating. "You may continue," he calmly said to the clearly shaken painters. Fortunately, neither of the Altaic provinces (Chuvashia, Tatarstan) were annexed by the Nordlandic aggressors, so Akhmetkhan can officially stop worrying. All former residents of the area around St. Petersburg who are living in Uralic Bashkortostan have been given the opportunity to claim full Uralic-Bashkir citizenship if they so wish. The people of Viipuri have nothing to go home to, so they all have been given a new home here. The majority of other refugees were from non-annexed Uralic areas (Mariy El, Udmurtiya, Mordviniya) and are returning home.
