The world was not ready to stand united and defend the cause of peace and what is right. May all those who seek peace and prosperity join this bloc in hopes of a better, united future. A once great man who has left this life to a better world has written this charter down. It has gathered dust till this point. May the Dalai Lama of the once great nation of Tibet forver live on in our hearts. May his wise words on peace strive over those who counter act them. May I start the honours by being the first signature, and asking that anyone may join freely till I deem the Congress established. Once it is, all signatures must be voted upon. PEACE SHALL LIVE ON. mykep
All of those interesting in joining the renewed WC must give thier signatures. Until I deem it established, the WC is open to all that I see are fit for this peace group Arctica will not be signing this document at this time but we may reconsider depending on the success of the (second? third?) World Congress. The world is probably not ready for this. It may not, but this, the second World Congress, will be attempted once more. The Kingdom of Serca at this time will refrain from signing. Seeing the failure of the first WC we are skeptical that it will happen this time. It will not fail. The world has stood together to rid the world of the venom that takes life from it, essentially those that opposed it last time, and those who have, have shown a light of imperialism and war as thier main goals in this world. With thier main goals in mind, and the suffering they have brought, those that oppose them stand even more united in the efforts of peace. Lord Frost
The Empire was one of the first signatories of the Original World Congress. We stood to back it to the extreme, prepared to give itself up for the upholding of it's ideals. And the World failed us. When push came to shove, when an opposing force rose to meet us, the membership broke, the covenant betrayed, oath-takers becoming oath-breakers, and Tibet, Forever Battlefield, and Ourselves, were left alone. The World is not trustworthy. The World is not ready. Nor will it ever be We will not sign
