The Mostly Harmless Alliance continues its downward slide, having dropped half a point over the past 48 hours, and relinquishing 4th place to Sparta. If memory serves me correctly, that's the highest that our favourite sanctioned black alliances has ever ranked, so congrats to them. It looks like Fark was just fooling us all along - they decided to head down yesterday in order to drag both Ragnarok and the Orange Defense Network higher today. Hats off to them for this great humanitarian effort. I'm counting on everyone to stay up tonight for the fireworks at update, as we should be seeing a Declaration of War from The Grämlins against both the New Polar Order and The Order of Light. Also, first. The Viridian Entente had a less-than-impressive day today, sitting a half-point ahead of The Phoenix Federation. A few more days of that, and we might yet again see the Add Line under the control of the green team. Speaking of green, the Grand Global Alliance are showing that they're not going down without a fight just yet, gaining a quarter-point to rocket past The Democratic Order into 15th place overall. If these two stick with it, we might see a close race here for days to come. One of the biggest news items of the day has to be the Greenland Republic's plunge of three-fifths of a point. I'm sure they just couldn't stand being apart from the Mushroom Kingdom for any longer. Monos Archein still doesn't want to listen to me, and seems to be intent on showing up Nueva Vida on their charge to the Challenge Line. Good thing that The Dark Evolution put up a gain of a fifth of a point today, to stay well in front of both alliances. New Pacific Order mandated line of exclusive New Pacific Order content. They threatened to roll me if I kept ignoring them in the commentary. World Task Force and LoSS continue to race for second! Gopher drops more hints about making a prize for second place! See what happens when you suck up to The Legion? They listen to you. Specifically, they listened to me when I told them to jump past Umbrella before they both got caught by the North Atlantic Defense Coalition. True, our smallest blue alliance didn't follow through on the threat... but don't think they won't try again tomorrow! Also, as promised, our special groundhog day report. Users found making use of white text will receive a warning. Turns out to be both - can't be invisible or white. Regardless, white text would be horrible to read on the Sanction Race even if it were allowed. Jebbie Posted February 3, 2009 Report Share Posted February 3, 2009 BACKGROUND HISTORY: this race between us and gga should be pretty fun, TDO was formed when a few members of CDS got fed up, CD(G)S was formed by a number of former GGA members who got fed up of the alliance and the parting wasnt very amicable so we could view gga as our grandfather alliance funny to think that 4 or 5 members split off from GGA and made CGS which eventually turned into a 300 member sanctioned alliance and then a year or so later another 4 or 5 members split from CDS and are now over 550 members strong and with almost 5 million NS racing a somewhat related alliance for a sanction spot Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
