The Tianxia coalition elbowed its way into the Papuan battlespace despite the urgings and warnings of the Oceanic Union regarding cohesion issues and a risk of friendly fire. When said friendly fire happens, it declares war on Australia?

Everything must die is indeed an uncivilized statement from an uncivilized nation. Then again, one only needs to look at the pack of war dogs Athens runs with to see the true problem. Rabies is a highly communicable disease. Perhaps this declaration of war is an expression of Tianxia's true motives regarding this civil war. This coalition's actions have been highly suspect throughout the conflict, this act is mere icing on a cake of tyranny.

The people and armed forces of Selenarctos, Australia and the OU at large reside within the thoughts and prayers of the Principality.

MOVEMENTS


Principality forces begin mobilizing for live fire exercises and combat drills off the coast of East Africa. Strategic as well as theatre assets are being catalogued and tabulated for peak performance should the order be given for complete mobilization - a true act of defiance in the face of tyranny.

"The Lunar Republic is shocked that Athens would so carelessly use one of the oldest civilised regions in the world for nuclear tests, regardless of whether the specific detonation was in an uninhabitet part of it. The fallout will still affect the surrounding regions.

"A desert without any cultural elements is hardly a civilised region in the world let alone one of the oldest. The nature of the device by definition limits fallout to controllable levels. In addition the region affected never was part of ancient Egypt. We will not restrict our exercises over some feigned moral outrage."

With New Guinea going even better than originally anticipated the time was right to make a move on Australia. For the first part of the attack archived images from the FIA were retrieved and would be once again used, these images were compared to current satellite images from Australia. Where bases had been abandoned these targets would be removed while knowing what to look for allowed the FIA to recognize other major facilities. All this targeting information was relayed to Strategic Weapons Command to would truly begin to unleash heaven's fury. Fourty ICBMs from silos in the Americas were launched to mostly avoid going over space allied to Australians. Each of these ICBMs was armed with 10 warheads in a combination of high explosive and kinetic. The targets for these were fourty military installations, a priority however was on naval and air installations. In addition facilities Tianxia had already targeted would be avoided. Another ten ICBMs armed with one HPM warhead and nine decoy warheads each were launched at major Australian cities, two missiles for each city. Their goal would be to take down the economy and command infrastructure of the Australian forces to make a future landing easier.

The second phase of the Athenian offensive would consist of the by now infamous B-11s. Two squadrons were launched from bases in Tianxia, each bomber armed with 16 ER-M-51s armed with conventional High-Density reactive material explosives, were launched. Their targets munitions depots, smaller bases and air strips throughout Australia. Flying mostly over Tianxian airspace and otherwise international waters these bombers would launch a total of 384 missiles at these targets in the order mentioned, first munitions depots, second smaller bases and finally air strips used by the Australian air force. Civilian casualties as usual were to be avoided where possible.

The Principality has no treaty obligations to this fight. If it wishes to enter thats its own issue. We're not really going to respond to them at all. The Fact here is is that Australia has continually been antagonistic and shot at our troops. They claimed to have better situational awarness over the battle space but somehow managed to shoot at us anyways.

That means one of two things logically:
1) Australia was lying and did not have good situational awareness over the battlespace
2) Australia deliberately targeted our troops.

Secondly, to act now in retrospect like Selenarctos objected to Tianxia troops, the ones killed by friendly fire is false. It was Athenian and German troops who they objected to. Australia targeted and killed Tianxia troops. Australia has been given an out, its up to them to take it.

The military would be readied for mobilization. Troops began intensified combat drills in case they were needed in action. The navy increased patrol's in the Atlantic and began preparations to move elsewhere if needed.

As per GM rulings stated prior to that post:
1) You must take damage
2) You're failure to post damage from others means that they get to RP damage for you, you seem to have ignored that ruling by continuing to claim no effect by others bombings of you.
3) Kankou you are out of WMD, you can't launch those VX gas attacks. You're done. End of story.

Further forcing damage on others UAVs, especially having them fly into trees is completely unacceptable. This has to stop. Some other quick things too: 1) You don't have unilateral control the weather in land thats not yours. 2) You blew up most of the Island and thus are bound by that decision and the extreme deforestation that goes with it. You cannot retcon either of these to your convenience.

With the VX and nuclear attacks of the Kamborians, an estimated minimum of two million people would die from the direct blasts and resulting fallout. The Brigade itself would suffer many deaths, and as with the other attacks, would receive new recruits, bring it's total manpower to one million, a number smaller than before the attacks. The Selenarctian's 1st Mechanized would be, after apologizing and with a heavy heart in some cases, welcomed to Brigade territory and camps. Their aid would be invaluable in saving lives and preparing new recruits for battle. In addition, the lead commander of the 1st Mechanized would be invited to speak with Brigade leadership, for a confidential military-related meeting.

In addition, with foreign aid pouring in, and the raiding of additional armories and underground facilities, the Brigade would grow overnight. From a bunch of ragtag soldiers in a makeshift army, they would now gain access to advanced stealth aircraft, thousands armored vehicles, and their munitions. It was time to end this war, and bring the full force of Papua against the Kamborian scum.

The first move of the newly established Papuan Air Force (PAF) would be to launch two squadrons of F-22 air superiority fighters into the air to monitor the island and intercept Kamborian air units.

The attacks by the Selectaran and Australian forces finally push the two Fronts into returning to their homes and laying down arms. A final salvo of 50 more long range VX Gas cruise missiles are launched on Darwin Australia with a selection of rude comments spray painted to them as a parting shot. This brings the total of 50 FAE cruise missiles and 50 VX gas cruise missiles launched on Darwin.

The total losses to date suffered by the combined fronts are near 87 percent of the total numbers and run well into horrifying. With these numbers determined a final message is also sent to Tianxia imploring the Emperor for aid in preserving what little remains of the Chinese population on Papua New Guinea.

ooc: Other than the parting shot of cruise missiles, which is dickish even by my standards, my involvement is finished. MO, All I want from you is to rp the destruction of a single city block in the 'burbs of Darwin (Woodleigh Gardens specifically), as such random acts of cruise missile terrorism is a bit grim and not the kind of rp I like. Just say the other were shot down or landed in the Ocean.

The man returned the hand shake nodding, "Quite well thank you, yourself?"

Wei motioned for the man to have a seat, as they sat Wei responded, "I am doing alright, should be doing better when we have this mess sorted out with these upstart movements. My problem here is essentially that Australia took the lives of Tianxia troops, if you notice we didn't share the same language as the Athenians. But we recognize their sentiment. Our goal is to come to some agreement that minimizes the complete destruction of Australia, but further defeats the real enemy which are the groups still fighting the new government on Papua. Wouldn't you agree?"

Flemming leaned back in his chair and nodded in ascent, "We hold it to our beliefs sir, that the real enemy of Tianxia and Athens is not Australia and is not Selenarctos. But rather the governmental forces you named-"

Wei smiled, "Australia and Selenarctos do not need to be enemies. However, the Papua Stabilization Brigade must be allowed to resume responsible control over the country. It has seemed that the old government and the Kamborians have both been highly problematic. It seems odd to us that the behavior of both seems not only genocidal (for example the old government following a lot of neo-nazi symbology and naming leaders inexplicably after nazi war criminals), but these Kamborians too are just odd. Where did they get the VX gas, they seem to make the insane claims that we ordered or inspired them to do this, our nation has always been about pan asianism. Its just odd.

I won't bore you with the laundry list, but it seems like they are all driven by this mad jealous rage of something. We believe the only solution is to keep the island in the Stabilization Brigade's steady hand."

Flemming seemed to ponder what Wei had to say rubbing his chin, "If Australia would sign a private peace with the Athenians and Tianxia would that be satisfactory?" he said at last.

Wei nodded, "Yes, As such we wish to propose that Australia allow basing of Tianxia and Athenian forces in Northern Australia, and stay in the war only in a limited manner to logistically support the Tianxia and Athenian Mission as we request it.

In exchange you get your private peace would this work?"

Flemming nodded, "Without us, they are a weaker, more easily defeatable foe. If Australia were to say allow the basing of Naval ships in our waters- would this be also amenable? In essence, Australia will allow your troops, ships and assorted into our waters to conduct yourselves against the Papuans. In exchange we desire our peaceable future."

Wei smirked, "What would you say to white peace and a supremacied non aggression pact between Tianxia, Athens, and Australia contingent on no assistance from Australia to any group or individuals affiliated or formerly affiliated with Grand Papua or any of the splinter groups created from it and its disbandment?"

Flemming twisted in his chair, "That would be agreeable- but could it be held for a few days?" he said.

Wei shook his head, "We need a general agreement on peace. Our allies are mobilizing for war on multiple fronts as we speak, the fate of quite literally hundreds of millions could lie in the speed upon which deescalation occurs. While I have no doubt about our forces ability to win a larger war, the fact here though is, it would be at the cost of a large amount of people, especially considering some actors willingness to use nuclear weapons in a first strike. Public confirmation of peace and limiting the theatre of war is the only responsible course world leaders can take right now."

Flemming paused before nodding, "We agree to this"

Wei smiled, "So we can announce a non-aggression pact immediately?

Australia hereby agrees to exit the current conflict and not provide any aid, shelter, or refuge to any parties involved in the conflict or parties associated with Grand Papua, or its spin off groups. Australia, Tianxia, and Athens hereby sign an unbreakable non-aggression pact so long as Australia remains in compliance with these terms and at peace with Tianxia, Athens, the Papua Stabilization Brigade, and their allies."

With that signatory, strike missions against the Australians that were to follow up on the initial ones were recalled as Australian troops began complying with the terms. A diplomatic dispatch was sent out from both the desk of the Sovereign Initiative/Tricom Staff Office informing coalition partners and bloc allies of the agreement, as well as those from all three nations individual governments.

With the near complete liquidation of the Kamborians, so far a total of 40,000 people dying, the Papua New Guinea Restoration Movement which was under the oppression of the Kamborians liquidated the collaborators, and was now comprised of almost entirely ethnic Papuans and Europeans. The Papua New Guinea Restoration Movement was made up of 60,000 hardened troops of Grand Papua's various conflicts and 100,000 of raw recruits, who would be enough to fight a continuous battle for true liberation against the tyranny.

On another front, special forces disguised as Front members were deep within the Fronts' area of operations in eastern New Guinea, having infiltrated using secure paths through the deep rain forests. The fall of the Fronts gave the Papua New Guinea Restoration Movement the space to quickly expand into the void left behind. Having the same basic thoughts but without the pro-Eurasian tendencies, the Restoration Movement sent contacts to the Oceanic Union, the Papua Stabilization Brigade, and Tianxia.

The bombers already on their way to Australia would receive last minute orders to turn around and stop the bombing strike. Right in time too. With Australia no longer a target full attention could be again focused on New Guinea. The forces in Cam Ranh Bay were readied for deployment while air and naval assets rearmed and refueled for another strike.

OOC: To be quite honest after reading this I am little more than thoroughly disgusted. Kankou has just employ nuclear and chemical weapons, started a war, and misrepresented the work of another player only to kill off those responsible and throw up another group which co-opts the community's outrage to its own end. She had contorted the rules and taken community allowances such as the ability to RP multiple non-state actors to their indefensible extreme. Such shameless orchestration of throw away RPs and disjoint IC groups to circumvent community participation and realize OOC ends should not be tolerated. The worst thing though is that this is not even isolated, it is emblematic of her strategy from day one and it is reflected even in her own ooc presence here with us. Sorry, but those that deny this and dogmatically adhere to IC/OOC lines feigning ignorance in the face of what is manifestly apparent are either oblivious or enablers of the worst kind.

There is no doubt in our mind, that they have also been infiltrated with Kamborian agents, and perhaps are now ran entirely by them. From these many cases we have learned one thing, while the aid of others is welcome, we are only doomed to fail if we are divided. As such, we invite the Papua New Guinea Restoration Movement to support us and recognize us as the future government of this hellhole.
