Pfft. What Mogar is saying is very true, and not just for him. I, like he, was on the losing side of GWII, GWIII, and the UJW. Additionally, the alliance I led in the Coalition War last year, DefCon, gave both STA and FLY white peace. In my announcement for giving STA white peace, I did voice some of my anger for the harsh terms chefjoe had presented, and, as many had anticipated, I did receive flak from chefjoe (first time I've admitted this in public, heh); guess what? I'd do it again. It was the right thing to do. Most of the soldiers I led in that war now reside in TOOL, which itself didn't even participate in that war, was on the losing side of the UJW, and to my knowledge doesn't go around forcing disbandments or forcing players to leave the game, etc. This post is not meant to toot my own horn; I'm just using personal examples, the best I have, to show that many on the 'Hegemony's' side are not evil or bad guys; we just had mutual defense treaties with guys y'all don't like. And, unlike the large number of alliances that for a year or more were happy to be allied with and participate in the Hegemony then cancel right before war, we were going to defend our allies in their time of need.

Ya know I love ya dude but you've got this all wrong, Gremlins is doing nothing wrong here. It may seem tacky what they did to cancel a treaty and hit that person and well ya know yeah but it kinda had to be done. They didn't break their Codex. There are plenty of classless people on Karma's side but GRE isn't one of them.

To those saying we are cowardly, look up our war history. We have far from fought in every curbstomp that TPF has. We know we will nearly certainly lose our sanction, and alot more, and that is fine; that was part of this decision. As you guys are(/were?) so fond of saying, friends > infra. To those saying our armies suck... individuals will have individual experiences; in my attacks so far against two of your upper nations, I have been very disappointed, especially to find out that your #1 nation has a very tiny warchest (think less than 10 days). But I won't go further because I don't believe in slander. Just sayin'. To those saying "Let's have a good fight!", from both sides, thanks, and same back at ya.

That was my first thought. I really feel bad for the guy hah. In the 60-90k NS range will be very interesting to watch though. Well, it all will be, but, ya know. Heh.
