  1. From the many people I've talked to, Sparta typically waits to see who's on the winning side- and then jumps to that side during war time. To each-their-own. Hopefully this FA strategy helps them choose which side to bandwagon to, more easily. Obviously the most recent world war they were pretty much locked into. In other news, RnR is breaking open Champagne bottles to celebrate them not having to worry about Sparta getting FARK F*)(&^ over.
  2. nothing like kiwi and i pulling the first triggers together cheers!
  3. looking at it as a third party on carnivores- the ones stating "tech deal" are appropriate reasons for a nation to be sanctioned from a color. the only reason I could see these not paid on time (not scamming) is that it was agreed upon (between you and your buyer) that after the war was up you would fulfill them, which you should have those messages saved for the convenience of clarifying if any issues arose
  4. Congrats to all parties involved. Great fighting on both sides
  5. Have you looked at the aid history? I encourage you to do so. I encourage everyone to look on carnivores and check out DBDCs past foreign aid history. It's not anything I can't make up- just take a quick look and tell me what you think. I'm just saying that some of those loyal tech suppliers have never even received dbdc aid, and the ones who do are usually 3rd party and the amount of money they do send doesn't even cover the tech they send out. DBDC has a great system- Obviously there are nations out there who play the game, and do not get the 600 infra jump each month, and still have fun by soley sending dbdc tech, even at their own expense
  6. Per the context of dbdc waring, not of that bothers me. What I am really interested in is DBDCs economic system. Like most other people, I was interested to see how dbdc handles foreign aid, so I looked it up on-game and on carnivores. and I just want to know what dbdc says to nations who have spent their time in CN sending tech to dbdc continuously. Is it for protection! friends of yours?loyalty! I've looked at some of these nations and most of them haven't jumped 600 infra in the last 30 days, but they continuously pay dbdc tech. Did you guys set up agreements with these nations offering them to get up to 3999 in return for them to send tech for the rest of their playing days? Some dbdc nations more than others, although a lot of the continuous suppliers service multiple dbdc nations. I mean, it's a great system, it obviously works, I just want to know how they do it
  7. H2BK, what Starcraftmazter is trying to say is that you need better "tech suppliers"
  8. It's a good start- At least what's come out so far have backed his claims.
  9. I doubt that's the case, If entente is in trouble dial 1-800-stone-wall, I'm sure he will be happy to bash some heads in
  10. If it is true, what a slap in the face for the nations who play by the rules
  11. Multi accounts created to supply tech- that is a serious accusation (and terrible on dbdc's part, if it is true) I would recommend reporting it under the 'game abuse' thread with any evidence that you have and letting the game moderators look into it.
  12. Give the guy a break. He chose DS because he likes talking to the members on irc. simply because he wants to run his alliance different than his protector, doesn't mean he can't be aligned to them. In your corner of the world, I'd recommend being grateful, perhaps his world unity views rub on DS, or maybe they turn into nuke turrents because of people like you
  13. As we grow we will structure a democratic government. For now, if it isn't broke we're not going to fix it also, thank you all for the support from the above posts
  14. We were working on our nations, late one night When our eyes beheld an eerie sight For our monsters Inc adds, began to rise And suddenly to our surprise We did the mash, we did the monster mash The monster mash, it was a cyber nations smash We did the mash, it caught on at server time We deal tech for cash, we did the monster mash From our IRC in the Kashmir channel To the yellow sphere where the led zeppelin beats The elephants came out with their sunglasses on To Jolt us as a protector They did the mash, we did the monster mash The monster mash, it was a cyber nations smash They did the mash, it caught on at server time They deal tech for cash, we did the monster mash The elephants were having fun but the party had just begun The guests also included Kaskus right on! The scene rolling down the street, with their Ray-Bans on The Seals, behind the wheels of their BMWs pulling up all slick they finally arrived with their vocal group, "you don't know Kaskus" They did the mash, we did the monster mash The monster mash, it was a cyber nations smash They did the mash, it caught on at server time They deal tech for cash, we did the monster mash Monsters Incorporated hereby announces our Declaration of Existence and our loyalty in our two protectors, Kashmir and Kaskus. Our Constitution is simple: 1) No leader, everyone pitches in and if disagreements occur we vote on the issue democratically 2) Don't raid big/and/or protected alliances 3) Pay tech deals on time 4) Have fun If you get bored, stop by our forums (http://montersincorporated.proboards.com), we have free beer, an arcade, and lots of activity in our embassies. Cheers!
  15. is it 2011? There are more tech buyers on the market than there are tech sellers. supply-and-demand, tech rates at 9 million is becoming the norm sure, you can try a 6 million for 200 tech deal, good luck getting the last 100 tech
  16. Cattle- Brittben Fish- Brittben Pigs- Wheat- Coal- Gems- Silver- Gold- Sugar- Wine- Fur- Spices- Max population count. Message Nation: Brittben, if interested
  17. Valid CBs are determined ultimately by the winning side. "History is written by the winners" In the case of CN, most members are spineless band wagoners. "Who's winning?"-"Side A"- " I totally agree with side A, better side B than me"
  18. The Pax war was a dip$h(t move. It was a war to test out their new EMPs and then Cuba turns around and calls the Kaskus attack on MI6 controversial
  19. I think the point here is that yes, the world gets it, DBDC is on top and per the game mechanics and they always will be- it's too bad I didn't start my nation years-and-years ago, oh well. With that being said on this point, the annoying thing that DBDC is basically every major point. It's not a knock at them- if they didn't exist, someone else would come along and do the same thing. Moving on, Cuba mentioned that they are doing everything in their power in foreign affairs, perhaps he doesn't realize that's not much, the selling point of larger nations basically does all the fa work itself. I think what Smurf is trying to say is that this is your best chance to coordinate on DBDC, or forever hold you peace. And with that, grow your nation and manage your alliance how you want, not based on the multiple strings the treaty web holds. The stagnation of the game isn't DBDC, nor their actions, but instead it's the worlds inability to grasp that they can play how they want to. Rather than blaming everything on DBDC, or in spite of DBDC. A lot of nations are far too busy kissing ass to DBDC and their "friends" to protect their pixels that they forgot why they played this game in the first place
