IRON, NPO and ODN are good larger groups, check each of them out to see if they're your thing. If you want smaller bit decently large alliance, try NG or The Legion. If you want to be neutral, try going to GPA. But I'd advise against it. ;P

But really Knights, join an alliance, learn the ropes and don't try your own thing, when you know what you're doing and have some type of member base, then you can try...and even then, your alliance still not succeed, I'm afraid to say.
