    I'm not a simpleton, I understand the purpose of such courtesies, but they are courtesies nonetheless. We didn't announce the removal of a party from the KCP, nor our newest addition. The insanity. Law and order all too often represent traditions of the powerful and corrupt, and often go against the principles they claim to represent, but that's for a different thread.

    I certainly know what you told us on the forums and that you and KenoCore and every other Kaskus nation I've run into has something bad to say about Joland. Joland has his own story and screenshots and tale of events. I don't care which is true, all I know is that you've lied to us continually, something I don't appreciate. I'm as reasonable as possible and try to keep an open mind, but I've known you for a very long time and my opinion has been formed. You claim it wasn't a Kaskus nation sending surrender demands to all of Kashmir, but he certainly claimed to be. It looked like the doing of yourself or another Kaskus official and I don't believe you to be telling the truth. It's not crazy or unheard of and I'm not offended - the only reason to bring that up is because we believe you're lying about it.

    Top tier, when in context of a certain AA, simply refers to THEIR top tier, as far as I know. In a traditional sense - thinking 90k plus, we all had several members that could be considered "top tier." Not so much anymore of course ;) But this is neither here nor there. Kashmir recognizes war with three AAs. Javahouse and other members of the KCP entered in our defense, as AAs have for Kaskus. This is all pretty normal procedure, I'm not sure why anyone is complaining.

    I literally have no idea what this is in reference to. Riot Society declared war at the same time as us, as members of the KCP. Javahouse entered later on Legion and SRA as members of the KCP and now have been declared on by Kaskus.

    iii. The Evan of Internal Affairs is required to step aside and keep at the back of the alliance when the alliance involved in an alliance war. I would take that out. v. The Evan of Foreign Affairs is not allowed to share TEEN's property (s) to non-Allied alliances. This is confusing as hell. iv. The nation with 30K Nation Strength and above are required to have at least 25 nukes in hand. v. The nation with 20K Nation Strength and above are required to have at least 15 nukes in hand. To me, this is unnecessary. As soon as you have the MP, you start buying nukes. You don't stop until you have 20. To have 25, you have to possess a Hidden Nuclear Missile Silo. This is absolutely not a priority until several more wonders are purchased, which are economic wonders. Regardless of your NS, if you have nukes, you're going to have as many as possible. Otherwise, that charter is starting to look pretty solid - grammar errors aside.

    That depends on how inclusive "cut off the unnecessary things" is, and I suggested a couple other things, but if you're replying just to the general populace then yes - that would be a fantastic start. Do you know how to create forums and an IRC channel? I speak not condescendingly; I'd be happy to help you if you'd like, as would several others who I'm sure have more IRC savvy than I.
