  1. 1) Much as I love members on the other side, the idea that NPO was some sweet merciful entity that waived away any terms on Umbrella et al. is a lie. Been said over and over again. Regardless of these terms or not, the farce that NPO has no desire to ever see its enemies hurt and tried (and failed to enact that) to stop it needs to end. Seriously. 2) The only thing that ends from this entire 10 pages or argument is people promising retribution in the future. That just means that at heart, we are all red in claw and long in tooth and want blood. Argue moralism, but wearing it like a cloak is disgusting as you literally promise revenge. Morality is not revenge, it is exact justice and you are promising unlimited escalation. If people want to "punish" others, you only further prove the point that the decision was valid. The fact that NPO and others pushed for far harsher terms in EQ is what started this cycle. Just because people *failed* in that, doesn't mean it wasn't pushed for. This isn't some new phase in warfare. This is someone doing a limited action with the opposition promising total war in response. The fact you call that justice just shows you the worse for it. Again, I argue not about morality of terms, only that the response should make you ashamed of calling escalation "justice". Call a spade a spade.
  2. I wondered where you had disappeared off to.
  3. Congrats on peace, TLR. Glad to see this finally end, as it surely wasn't fun to watch.
  4. You should hire out your services for tech. Start a new side business of sorts. People reading 56 58 pages into this probably fall into the category of possible clientele.
  5. They weren't there planning themselves being rolled, now were they? I said since back in May...since Polaris-TOP signed in August, that would make it somewhat different circumstances. Back then the fear was in letting NG or (funny how it works out) TOP get to pick up the pieces of whoever was left fighting Polaris.
  6. Not according to the discussions I had in said gov channels, Nikolay. I recall pretty explictly arguing with C&G about how going on a pre-empt of Polaris at the beck and call of NSO/NG/NPO to have C&G be a meatshield was a pretty ruinous plan. That instead C&G should take a leading roll since NPO needed C&G FAR more than C&G needs NPO. Sad to see it pan out that way regardless. You have the logs of it on your own forum after all as part of my former alliance's embassy. As I lack access to them now given my new circumstances you can feel free to peruse them.
  7. A very sexy counter to be sure. Pacifica planned a war of aggression vs Polaris as a pre-empt, that got nixed when TOP-Polaris signed. Previous war, the goal was pretty implict to reduce Umbrella and co's upper tiers. I believe the issue comes from the...what is the term...."shoe being on the other foot". I wouldn't be exactly shocked that the alliances whose upper tiers have just fought for several months might want to see Pacifica be involved in the mix as well, given its own track record of organizing wars. Should that not occur, one has to wonder how quickly a 'bank' can transition to 'upper tier fighter' if the odds are good enough for them to fight head-on with said weakened coalition upper tiers.
  8. I might be somewhat more sympathetic, if NPO wasn't part of a planning process for a said 'war of aggression' since at least last May. NPO may be entering in to defend its allies, sure, but it did so because it was outmaneuvered when the roll Polar bandwagon didn't quite pan out. I won't argue the terms (not part of negotiations, sorry), but to put Pacifica as being just a good ally in the wrong place at the wrong time is disengenous at best.
  9. Why do you think I consented to being stolen?
  10. Ill credit Nikolay being the worst, yes. Congratulations are in order I suppose.
  11. Much obliged Dame Themis. Thank you for clarifying.
  12. I echo this question. A cool concept, just make sure its good with the mods about the whole war-gaming ban and such. They might require a thread with people to be exempt from that rule, etc.
  13. I don't know, I rather appreciated this leak and the subsequent boost to my fragile ego to be honest.
  14. Storm underwrites everything. Storm is the base, the pillar.
  15. Congratulations on the new line-up INT and good luck with running the show. I am sure you'll do a great job with it. Things are looking pretty open for you in the next few months.
  16. INT fought something like 22 alliances last war over a month and took less damage as both raw ns and %loss than you did in about two weeks. And no it wasnt pm since they were out in force on NATO. Keep ballin'.
  17. Way to represent for INT yet again MisterSquared! Congrats to the other submitters as well.
  18. Best wishes to you all beyond the obvious cluster@#$% this war has become.
  19. Don't quite know what you're on about, I've talked to Comrade V directly, thanks.
  20. Evidently you missed the part where you all bandwagoned on us during eQ, so not sure what bygones be bygones you thought are implied.
  21. You're welcome :). I mean, we are busy hitting NoR and all and DL is content to go after Kaskus...I thought I could get C&G out of this by manufacturing something :P. You know, toadies. If DL feel like defending NoR, well then they would be right where they belong after eQ. LSF has no problem with spying (and editing the posts) on our govt forums I guess, so that's cool too. DL has literally nothing I would want in terms of information from them. Nor do I have any desire for any of their members. Why would I? Why would I want that aggravation? I'm far too busy enjoying what we're doing now. So kudos on your faux outrage from former INT members in disgrace and hangers-on. Enjoy the 15 min of relevance before the slow fade once more. And yeah, your spy did a good job of editing some stuff up there, but who cares about the truth if you got a good story? Your existence is predicated on anti-INT, so you might as well stick with it.
