During the recent war I was in MHA. You'd have to ask the individual that offered it, if it was widely accepted; I'm speaking from my time in my former position (my entire post prior was relative to the position and time during the war). The idea proposed to myself and others during the brief discussions regarding it was for the blanket treaty between XX and MJ to take the respective parties out and leave SF against the rest. Of which Xiphosis liked (for obvious reasons). Do not take me for 'speaking out of my ass and being in love with myself' I quite know what I am talking about. Whether it was serious or not does not matter, the very principle of it was what mattered. Quite a few parties were grasping for straws and offers were given for that to be allowed -- feel free to digest it though. As for my 'issues' with R&R, if I thought it'd matter and the advice was going to be heeded, I'd send it in a golden envelope. Thank you for your time.
