King Simon nearly giggled himself, but he thought that would be unkingly. He responded, "oh you misunderstand. I was just trying to say even if the king was overthrown or impeached, there would still be a governing body in The Solar Kingdom. No outside state would be able to overthrow the king except by the use of force. I feel uncomfortable with this clause, but if you feel that it is needed, I will agree to put it in this treaty."

King Simon thought about these three clauses very hard. He replied "I agree to the first two clauses, but I must disagree to the third. My country is a limited constitutional monarchy, since I have a legislative body called Congress. My state would still be able to function even if the king was overthrown, and the king can be impeached. A successor is always at hand as well. Due to this, I do not think that my fellow countrymen would like the third clause. In the event that I did agree to the third clause and one of our states fell, a foreign power would be ruling of the fallen state, effectively making it a colony. I am sure the citizens of both our kingdom's would not stand for this. Don't you agree with what I am trying to say here?" King Simon awaited Princess Henrietta's response, hoping that she would agree.

King Simon smiled back at Princess Henrietta. She was witty, but King Simon that he could hold his own. "I am glad that you asked that. I am hoping to forge a Mutual Defense Pact with the Imperial Peru. I am also hoping that we can make a free trade agreement between our nations. Due to our shared border, our two nations can start a joint infrastructure project. I have heard that Imperial Peru has their eyes set on what they call east Bolivia. I am prepared to give up east Bolivia as long as I can get some coastal land on the Peruvian coast. This would serve two purposes. King Simon was waiting for these talks for some time now. He rose early in the morning to get ready for this, but he didn't look tired at all. In fact, he looked as energetic as ever. After he finished his shower, he went to the meeting room. King Simon was already sitting in the meeting room when the doors opened and Princess Henrietta walked in. In this bill, 6,210 soldiers are being recruited and 62 more tanks and Main Hell Guns are being constructed. This bill is highly favored by the citizens of the country, giving them a higher sense of security, especially after the scare from The Umbrella Corporation in the south. With this bill, the army finally has expanded to more than 400,000 soldiers and 4,000 tanks. [center][size="5"][b]Oil Well Completed[/b][/size][/center] The first oil well of The Solar Kigdom has been completed, drawing 100,000 barrels of oil from the undersea reserve of 30 billion barrels. The construction of a two more wells, two refineries, and four storage facilities are underway. With this oil, The Solar Kingdom hopes to give oil to their citizens and increase the supply for the military. King Simon himslef released this statement: "With the completion of the first well, the future of this kingdom seems much brighter. Even though that this oil does not seem like a large difference in this country, it will change our way of life very soon." [center][size="4"][b]Second Nuclear Missile Constructed[/b][/size][/center] It seems that the nuclear missiles are here to stay. King Simon has just announced that another nuclear missile of The Solar Kingdom Military has just finished construction. This brings the kingdom's nuclear missile count up to 2. After much persuading, the Congress accepted this missile with a vote of [color="#00FF00"]62-38[/color]. [center][size="4"][b]EMP and Chemical Missile research started[/b][/size][/center] King Simon has announced that the scietists of The Solar Kingdom have begun development of EMP and Chemical Missiles. While the amount that will be constructed has not been revealed yet, many expert speculate that a total of 5 missiles or more would have to be constructed in order to make this project economical. Many representatives in Congress opposed this project, but it passed anyways. The vote came out to be [color="#00FF00"]56-44[/color].

[center][size="7"][b]Plane Crash Kills 51[/b][/size][/center] Today, in a rural area of The Solar Kingdom, a domestic jet crash landed. When the officials finally managed to reach the scene, all 51 people were found dead, all of them citizens of The Solar Kingdom. While looking through the rubble to see the cause of the accident, the officers found a single shiny bullet on the floor of what used to be the cockpit. With a further search, officers uncovered that the door was forced open to get to the pilot. Autopsy on several of the passengers and the attendant showed signs of brain trauma, meaning that this was a terrorist attack that was executed by more than one person. When King Simon heard the news, he put together a team of detectives and police officers to find and capture the people responsible for this heinous terrorist act. King Simon, in his own words, said "This act will not go unpunished. Once the operatives for this act have been captured, they will be put on trial facing death." If anyone gets caught and convicted, these will be the first people to face capital punishment in the country. the government suspects that this is the act of a terrorist group, and are bent to uncover which one it is. The Solar Kingdom's DEFCON level has been lowered to DEFCON 3. If anyone knows anything relevant to this terrorist attack, please contact the police immediately. [size="5"][center][b]Secret Missile Project Uncovered[/b][/center][/size] A Secret missile development project has been uncovered in The Solar Kingdom. After careful study of the information gathered by the government, it has been uncovered that this had been researched for 6 months, and that 5 chemical missiles and 5 EMP missiles have been produced and are being currently held by the Solaran Military army. [size="5"][center][b]Nuclear Missile Passes Test[/b][/center][/size] A nuclear missile has been successfully detonated in a remote area of The Solar Kingdom. The Solar Kingdom now has one nuke remaining in its arsenal.

The Solar Kingdom recognizes Croatia's claim to this land. King Simon is happy to see that the Croatian people has more land to live in.

The TSK forces were completely unprepared for an attack like this, but recovered quickly. Still, the soldiers were forced back across the border in retreat. 1750 soldiers from Battalion 1 and 2000 soldiers from Battalion 2 were killed. 25 tanks from Battalion 1 was destroyed and 50 tanks from Battalion 2 were destroyed. Due to the effectiveness of the camoflauge of the artillery guns, only 8 guns were destroyed. To soften up the enemy, artillery barrages were conducted against the enemy on the ground, SAM units, and enemy artillery guns. After the MHGs finished their work, the F/A-37 Talons moved in and bombed the enemy soldiers, tanks, artillery guns, SAMs, and aircraft if they were on the ground. "Well, everyone else is departing, and this is falling apart. Time to go." King Simon gets up, dusts his sweatshirt, and goes to talk with his security guards. After a short conversation, they all gathered there things and walked out of the building to their limousine. Shortly they are on their flight, safely heading back to The Solar Kingdom.

The Solar Kingdom has dispatched 2 Type-45 Corrvettes to the Terrorist coast with a promise: If anything happens to the ships, we will pound your outposts. If you harm the Gallifrian officals, we will blow you up. You have no claim on this land. Who are you anyways? OOC: You need to specify your plane types. Planes aren't just planes. There has to be a type. Ex. F-22, Typhoon, etc.

King Simon likes this idea and would support. He would sign as a tier 1 member as long as others are there as well.

The battle reports cam flooding in. 2,400 soldierswere killed and 35 tanks were destroyed with a large cost from the airforce. All 12 fighters managed to outstrip the AA missiles travelling at Mach 2.4, but hen the enemy fighters engaeged them. They put up a good dight, but 4 fighters went down before they mangaed to get away. The 6 bombers were a different story. 3 bombers managed to get away by launching emrgency flares and surprise, but the other 3 were destroyed. 750 soldiers and 10 tanks were killed or injured in the left front battalion, but 1500 and 20 tanks soldiers from the front right battalalion were either killed or injured. The artillery were dug in well, and a good number of bombs hit the dummy artillert positions. Still 12 Artillery guns have either been destroyed or buried under rubble. King Joel James has decided to keep his planes out of the next attack. Soldiers and Tanks have been moved in to attack the two weakened battalions, while an artillery barrage hit the other two battalions. The are also planning on hitting the other artillery. In response to this, the artillery guns were moved to different positions and hidden well. Even more dummy artillery outposts have been constructed.
