1.
No can-do, sorry. too close to Tianxia and its red.
Okay, how about Glorious Socialist Yellow then?
2.
Should have most everything done... Meaning, update- If you get me your nation's name, yes.
Okay... The Democratic Republic of Yoitsu.
3. Hm, do you think that you change my nation's color to a glorious Proletariat red?
4. This is truly a tragic day to lose such a great nation as Oceanesia, truly a sad day for the World Proletariat. We commend the glorious comrades of Vietnam, Tianxia, and their allies in their attempt to bring stability to the unfortunate workers in that region.
5. We of the Democratic Republic of Yoitsu, despite our disagreement with their form of government, congratulate the people of Brazil for rising up as a nation. This is truly a victory for the worker.
6. We of the Democratic Republic eagerly accept our glorious liberators' offer of exchange programs. It surely would be to our benefit if the people are educated in the ways of knowledge. We, of course, would like the Marscurian Siberian peacekeepers to remain until we manage to become strong enough to defend our motherland on our own.
7. Infrastructure Projects Begun Comrade Premier Duberov has commissioned a number of infrastructure projects with different goals in mind. The first would be to set up cities and towns all across the country. The second would be the establishment of collective farms throughout the countryside. The third is the construction of factories and industrial facilities all across the nation in order to beef up domestic production and bring more jobs to the nation. And the fourth and final goal is the construction of a national highway system ensured to connect all parts of the country and strengthen communication. Construction has recently begun and already, a number of cities and towns have been started up with more expected to follow over the succeeding months. The highway system and factories are already under construction, expecting completion sometime by the end of the year. The collective farms have been sprouting up all over the country, sure to benefit the Proletariat of Yoitsu after suffering under the oppressive tyranny of the old weeaboo regime. Crackdown on Former Government Supporters Ensues With the government fully on its heels, the internal security looked to dealing with the remnants of the old government. Those who supported the old regime as well as espoused elements of the degenerate weeaboo culture that symbolized the bourgeois who oppressed mistreated the true proletariat of Yoitsu. Thus, earlier this morning, the NKVD has begun cracking down on supporters of our former oppressors, members of this filthy regime who had somehow escaped being targeted by our glorious liberators, as well as those who dare espouse the disgusting culture which the old regime represents to us. Within hours, over 35 people had been arrested with Commissariat, with more expected as the days continue. Those people were taken to the newly-established NKVD headquarters deep within Yoitsu City and are never seen again. It is rumored that they had been taken to a new Gulag system of internment camps being constructed. The government denies this and calls it lies, but even it was true, it's a fitting end for the filthy pigs. It is now illegal to speak Japanese, the language that reminds us so much of the weeaboo dogs who had oppressed us. In their place, Russian and the various languages and dialects spoken by native tribes in the region are being promoted. Russian culture is now espoused by our nation, as it is truly representative of a nation dedicated to the cause of the worker and the Proletariat. With luck, all remnants of the filthy weeaboo regime shall be swept away, making way for a new Yoitsu to rise out of the ashes of the old, finally free of the shackles of oppression.
8. We of the Democratic Republic of Yoitsu congratulate the English people for rising up and uniting under one banner again. We hope your government shall ever serve the needs of the people.
9. "We thank our comrades in Marscurian Siberia for so kindly letting us run things on our own. We wish to sweep away the last remnants of the old oppressive Yoitsu and build a new nation, a nation where the Proletariat is free and the bourgeois is put in chains. Unfortunately, our nation is not wholly free, for our brothers in western Yoitsu remain oppressed by the "Federal Republic of Yoitsu" and their imperialist puppet masters in Cyrantia. We hope one day, all of Yoitsu is united and we are one, free to enjoy the workers' paradise that we wish it to become. We again thank those who helped overthrow the Fascist weeaboo pigs and thus helped liberate the proletariat of Yoitsu. Especially our glorious comrades in Marscurian Siberia. May we live and prosper, comrades! ~ Comrade Premier Alexander Duberov Yoitsu City, Democratic Republic of Yoitsu With the transition to the Democratic Republic, Duberov and his government set out to begin their work. First off, they ordered the construction of new government buildings where the newly-established Politburo would conduct their meetings, the various Ministries would be located at, and the Comrade Premier would conduct his daily business. Next came the establishment of collective farms all across the country as well as a mass industrialization aimed at kick-starting the nation to ensure it had a foothold in the modern world. With the establishment of the military, the effort was already underway to expand it and acquire or produce the weapons and equipment that would keep it rolling. Of course, the miniscule amount of resources available to the government meant that modernization would be quite slow and it would be some time before the Military would even become a noticeable force in eastern Asia. Currently, it only comprised of a small force of infantry, trucks, jeeps, old artillery guns, reconnaissance and transport aircraft with only a handful of dedicated ground-attack aircraft, and patrol boats. Still, it was a start and over time, more and more men would find themselves in the uniforms of the Democratic People's Army. The government also established a secret service agency, the People's Commissariat for Internal Affairs. Its job was to monitor political dissidents, terrorists, and other individuals deemed "enemies of the Proletariat". In addition, they were also to keep an eye on any Cyrantian and Western Yoitsu nationals as well as citizens of other countries that were known to be capitalistic. Marscurian Siberian nationals, of course, were to be left alone. In addition, the Premier ordered the founding of cities all across the nation in order to boost the population and industrial output. He also had significant border security established along the border with Western Yoitsu and in the capital along the borders of the Western-held portion of the city. Barbed wire and tall fences were erected all along the border with heavily-armed guards keeping vigilant watch 24/7. All along, the seeds of progress were sewn and Duberov hoped that this would lead to greater things in the future.
10. Only problem for me now would be... how to conduct the DoE? Any suggestions?
11.
1. You must keep the country as a communist dictatorship with yourself as Comrade Premier. 2. You must be in a permanent cold war with the Federal Republic of Yoitsu. 3. You must use the word "Proletariat" as much as possible.
Uh... alright, sure.
12.
Clearly Dinos is LBT88
That I am.
1. Who were you? 2. You can have the Democratic Republic of Yoitsu if you follow three basic rules.
Uh... what are they?
13. Well, after a few weeks of inability to get on CN, auto-deletion, and having to wait for my forum name to be changed, I'm back. And now to decide where to set up shop anew. Hm... the best locations seem to be either somewhere in Africa or Siberia, though for the former, I'd probably have to think up a lot of goofy punnish names that sound African enough for the leaders and stuff.
14. "We of the Confederacy hereby extends recognition toward this new neighbor state to the north."
15. President Beckett sighed after receiving word of the upcoming NADU Summit. He had remembered the last one and what had gone on since then. The war between two of the member-states of the Union had severely dampened public support for it and now Congress was starting to turn against the alliance. Ah, what did it matter anyway? Whether it was in the Union or not, the Confederacy was still a scrawny backwater surrounded on all sides by giants who could very easily wipe it off the map without so much as a sweat should they decide on a whim to sweep this little nation away. Nevertheless, he headed to the Summit via his personal Boeing 707 jet. Despite the age of the plane model in question, this particular one was actually in good condition. Quite fortunate that Confederate factories produced machines like this even as other countries had long ceased production on their local equivalents. He managed to arrive at the site of the Summit and entered the room where it was to take place. With luck, this should certainly help keep the Union together, despite the wishes of the Confederate people, Congress, and possibly even Vice President Enfield. When it came his time to speak, Beckett stated, "I support the notion of the NADU, for certainly it helps strengthen North American unity and ensure it is a poster boy for stability and peace. I also support the notion of the various member-states improving relations with each other. Should crises like the one we went through continue unhindered, then we face the fracturing of the NADU itself. That is something we do not want, for the Confederacy is small and weak. Her soldiers are brave and adequately trained, but are unfortunately issued equipment that became obsolete decades ago. We would stand no chance against a foreign invader, especially one who is far larger and more powerful than we are. "Thus, we must ensure the survival of the NADU, for the sake of ourselves and North America as a whole."
16. In response to rumors abounding of the strange presence of what were allegedly Dragons, the Confederate government universally scratched their heads with blank confused looks on their faces while deciding to cut back on the amount of beer and whiskey they consumed.

22. "The Confederacy hereby extends recognition toward Quebec and welcomes them into the world."
23. Looking over the paper, President Enfield processed the information for a bit before replying, "Alright, I agree with these here terms."
24. "The Dixie Confederacy hereby welcomes the Kingdom of Nouvelle Auvergene and extends recognition towards them."
25. "The Confederacy recognizes our newborn neighbor Georgia."
