Nobody else commends him. He still blew it out of proportion, and his initial arugments are not what has been revealed here. You said the issue is RL, and the bf/ gf thing. Then there are claims of Chimaera being a terrible leader when I for one have found him to be a great one through and through. Pankala likes drama, and still made stuff up. Stop defending him, you're making yourselves look bad.

[/quote] Not really...his guide is just fine. You NEED a flag. Its what everybody thinks of when they think of your alliance. And you do need a DoE. Thats how everyone knows who you are, comments on how sexy you look, and tech raiders won't even bother if you have a good starting crew and a halfway decent protectorate. If you start an alliance with 2 or less people, its almost a guaranteed fail. Id say 10 at least. We had 15 in The Global Order and got up to 55 before having to disband. The more the merrier. And as far as your government suggestions, I agree. However 4 should be good, assuming you found people to start with you. IA, FA, Recruitment, War. Those would be my 4 starting.

Over the last few days the Imperial Assault Alliance has been through a roller-coaster of emotions events. The boards were taken offline, and it was revealed that their own forum admin, Chimaera had done it as a joke. He had also used his gf's account to sneak into Spamalot IRC, but they knew it was him, and his gf was there (on a sidenote...doesn't this mean they're cheating??). Now this dipstick Penkala comes in and starts giving IAA a "stern talking to". Totally unnecessary. Here's the topics of reference: Case closed.....?? NO, NO IT ISNT! So lets review: The admin created a little chaos and threw the boards offline briefly, brings them back, then "blamed" Spamalot. IAA admits that it is a joke and time to move on. Then Penkala posts the second topic saying that IAA is pathetic, and specifically Chimaera, the forum owner. He accuses Chim of using his gf's account in Spamalot to spy. Which he did WITH her permission, and WITH Spamalot's knowledge. Personally I think Penkala is stupid for getting involved, and this is quite funny. Some of the IAA are quite worked up. I for one think Chim made a harmless joke that was taken too serious by other more. Jokes are necessary people, they are what makes the world go round (add cotton candy and college football to that list). Especially now, in a time of relative peace throughout Planet Bob. Let me know what you think: Is IAA a big cluster&*%$ that needs to be sorted out, or is this hilarious? More directly, do you side with Penkala, or Chimaera?

I'm litterally reading this with popcorn. Just wanted to intervene and say: Chimaera...I feel bad for you. There wasn't any spying it looks like (or was there?), and this is a rather funny joke to look in on. It is a joke, gtfo Mathias. Wickedj is right...proof, or this is a total joke by the IAA to gain supporters (which is probably more likely...and something about spies). Just my thoughts...I'll go back to reading this intense debate and eating popcorn now.

Sounds like someone needs a stern talking to. This just goes to show that women always cause prob--well, nevermind.
