I drew out a tentative graph of the sanctioned alliances where I think they'd lie on such a scale: Explanations: - NPO & IRON, Post-war, they are definitely further down and left than what they were as the top right pre-Karma. That said, once they (especially NPO) gets their political power back, this is where I believe the alliance would sit (NPO of course, would be on the very bottom as of right now, but that is obligated), as they are now wearier of entanglements; although they support the mostly-hegemonic norms that have persisted after the Karma war, they are a bit upset about who's controlling it currently. - GPA, TDO, WTF, This was really just a guess and a smattering with small justifications thrown in (TDO + Aqua sphere, WTF's attitude, GPA as kind of THE neutral alliance in history) - FOK & Fark and ODN, not very vocal about world governance, yet are still relatively conservative in nature. ODN is even further in this regard - TOP & MHA, both moderates in regards to level of world involvement - they both believe in restraint and limitations, but both are pretty stalwartly conservative + pro-regime. - Sparta, for awhile tried what it was like to be #1, pretty active in military and FA, and conservative / pro-establishment for the time being. - Polar, they are critics the regime, but only slightly, and while they have become recently more active in FA in recent months, but not much. any comments, criticisms, things you disagree with? I think a more valid comparison would be breaking up with a girlfriend or losing a business partner. Usually, people view this to be a bad thing, but often others view it as a good thing if a person feels the relationship was never a good one to begin with.

I'm not entirely sure that you are qualified to give such a response to this question however, unless you are a former member of the GOP and thus have knowledge about their structure and organization. Well the question was directed at the GOP's own policy, not the policy of VE, OV or GGA. The question itself had less to do with the policy you have stated and more to do with the characteristics and values of the GOP. I was merely seeking a clarification.
