  1. Or it goes to show that the NPO and it's allies have more active members on the forums willing to get involved in a thread about them and prevent it from becoming bias against them. Not everyone who is/was a member of Karma has an account on here. Why bother letting them get back on their feet before we fight them again.
  2. IFN News Report With the continued rebuilding of both the Battlestar Pegasus and the conversion of the fleet to new shelters for the Korean colonies, a number of the wartime engineers have begun work on rebuilding some of Pegasus' more modern one man fighters. Due to dwindling resources and the destruction of the vast majority of the Vipers and their production facilities during the exodus from Outer Heaven Inc. the fleet was forced to rely upon the heavily outdated Cobra class fighters rescued from museums and scrap yards. With the exodus at long last at an end and the rebuilding of the 'New Heaven' colonies under way, most of the maintenance crews for the fighters have been working night and day to rebuild the Viper facilities and fighters. One of the shots taken from a monitoring plane during the test flight Earlier this morning the first of the newly rebuilt Viper mk VII was put under a number of trails and while the testing flights were cut short due to an electrical failure in the Viper's secondary engines we at long last have the first sign our nation once more being defended by an effective and modern air force. This has been Jacob Alexander of Inter-Fleet News
  3. Not as diverse or impressive as the previous one but it does sum up what alliances and players tend to be in this game after they've been in it for a few months.
  4. Quiet you, Anyway, it will be interesting to see what happens to Mushroom Kingdom under this leadership. I wish you the best of luck.
  5. Please point out to me which action during the war or in their past made them deserve white peace? But they still have a chance to change, I agree with you on several of your points on this but if they start changing for the better then what's to complain about. If they don't improve and we see no changes then I agree that you are right. For profit? Pacifican nations seemed to have very large war chests, and owe many of the alliances a lot due to their mass tech raids wars. But in all seriousness it's up to the individual players at the end of the day. What reason do any players have to follow the orders of those who lead their alliances into a war, none except perhaps the right to remain a part of the alliance. But if they lose the war their leaders start then it’s going to make life much more difficult for them.
  6. I'm just saying that it's much easier to have a better moral standing, once you know that the people who seem to have no morals and very little decency are out of the way. If only for a short time. But it's the active members who make up the core of the alliance and usually the vast majority of it's government. They're the ones that generally matter at the end of the day.
  7. It's much easier to reform and lay down lasting ethics, once you make sure that the biggest threat to any ethical standing in this game isn’t going to bother you for a while. I fail to see what is truly wrong in bombarding the New Pacific Order in revenge, they must have known on some level that sooner or later their own crimes would come back to haunt them. Does it matter for what reasons the NPO were brought down, just so long as it gets them to shut up and let a few other people be in power for a change. At the end of the day it's still a start, a new beginning to allow for new changes in the way Bob works.
  8. The problem seems to be that he's inactive and has less than fifty soldiers left. Unless he starts buying some more troops any raider attacks are just going to end up destroying all that cash rather than looting it.
  9. fix'd. Sorry but those values seem to be highly contradictory of the NPO's nature and it’s history.
  10. Thanks, I appreciate the fact you took the time to send that.

  11. Is there anyone outside of the NPO and it's allies who actually believes this? I'd simply like to know beacuse I can't recall anyone else who actually agrees with this.
  12. Sorry for choosing to remember what has taken place in our past and celebrating the fact Vox Populi completed it’s mission. You could always simply ignore these threads when they arise, and choose not to read them. Also, nice post Starfox.
  13. So you can prove there’s a link between two people involved in the Karma War, and in turn that proves a mass conspiracy to take down the entire Order. Are you sure about that. Look, if it gets to the point where I’m having to point out errors then you should put some more effort into your posts, that’s all. Thanks, I’ll read in a minute. The ones of that time or the ones now. I’ve yet to see a thread involving this war over the past couple of years which does not have at least one NPO member stating that Ivan lost it individually. Can you prove that? The Order as a whole is infamous for trying to rewrite it’s own history, I’m just concerned about people getting their facts straight. The actual writing depends upon the person themselves. I’m sure that there are one or two RL comparisons to make here, but what I’m saying is that simply because it is less of an issue today doesn’t mean that we should regard it as being any less major an event or action in retrospect.
  14. So we should simply ignore the fact that your major opposition of time just happened to lost a large portion of it's privileges around about the time the war was fought. I feel we should look into it a bit more. It’s more the fact your alliance bent to the will of another in giving the apologies than the apologies themselves, and quite frankly I don’t buy that whole thing about Ivan losing the war individually, the NPO had made wars on more than one occasion against entire alliances based upon the actions of one or a small number of individuals and then chosen that it’s the entire alliance as a whole who has lost so why should the outcome of GW1 be any different. After all, Chris Kaos was the reason you attempted to wipe out GATO but you didn’t bother to declare war upon him alone. I'm also focusing on the fact that later on Ivan and your alliance seems to have attempted to rewrite history in their favor here as well as the actual war. After all, Ivan would have no reason to go back and state he lost it individually if this was a clear win or stalemate for the NPO. And as it was appropriate of the time we should still regard this as being a big deal when looking at this war in retrospect. At least that's my opinion on this anyway.
  15. The NPO's own leader had to agree to terms which meant he had to apologize not simply to the alliances he was fighting but the Cyberverse as a whole, the NpO's leader was replaced, the alliances on the side of the Coalition of Justice (am I the only one who sees the irony in that name?) were not able to enforce or dictate terms unto the alliances they were fighting and the OPs in #Cybernations at the time (Moo-Cows listed amongst them I see*) banning LUE members from the IRC over a joke and alleged ‘rude/bigotry comments.’** Oh, and most of the threads discussing GW1 had players who had been part of that war stating very different actions by the NPO which seems to contradict with their own image of ‘Facing the world and winning.’ So in short we’ve had in relation to GW1: The NPO being forced to comply with the will of the opposition in a war, Apparent acts of petty revenge against said opposition which strangely leads to the LUE losing their forum masks and being banned from IRC, The NPO later changing it’s decision and attempting to rewrite history and arguing fanatically to try and make itself look totally invincible. Sounds more or less like a major defeat to me. *= I am going to assume that is the NPO member Trotsky’s Revenge as I can find no other record of that name anywhere else in relation to cybernations, please correct me if I am mistaken in this matter. **= Something which I might note seems to never have been repeated, we saw plenty of flaming by the NPO when the IAA died for the first time but that did not result in the prevention of posting (or banning) of those flaming the thread. Proof of this alleged link between Archon and BigWoody, you state a large number of things about the both of them but I’d like to see some evidence in relation to this if you have it. First of all, ‘everytime’ is two words. Secondly it’s ‘accuse.’ Alright, that’s fair enough, do you have a link to it?
  16. So you have proof or screenshots to back this up. You sound very much like you’re blaming TORN for dragging you into Pacifica’s second major loss, despite your emperor quite happily diving headlong into the Karma War with no apparent complaints or counter arguments from your own alliance and your scribes spewing very badly thought out counter arguments about how ‘we are right and you are wrong’ and the usual BS, and you blame all of this ultimately on TORN? This is really one of the many reasons I disliked the NPO, it seems that every Hegemony victory is purely a Pacifican victory, but every Hegemony defeat is purely someone else’s fault. Can’t you just accept that the NPO screwed up badly and be thankful that you were facing alliances more merciful than yourselves.
  17. Most likely Red and Green due to their histories and the people lurking there, But i'd also have to say black due to just how hard it seems to be in order to hold down a decent long term trade with another nation.
  18. Well, congrats for finding reasons to keep playing Cybernations if nothing else.
  19. Eventually they'll find one reason or another to either force, tempt or threaten new red team alliances to make MDPs with the NPO and the others they'll find excuses to beat into submission or drive them out via wars. If enough red alliances form a bloc against such a possible threat or a much bigger alliance moves into red then the NPO won’t gain dominion once more, otherwise it's simply a matter of time.
  20. Well we could start attacking you again, that would liven things up and it would be rather fun to watch the mighty Pacifican war machine flee headlong into peace mode with it's tail between it's legs once more. But bar delivering justice I think that the other options to liven things up would be obvious, start a new alliance of vigilantes or mercenaries, form a war band of raiders or spark some sort of inter alliance free-for-all brawl. Really, it’s not hard to make Cybernations fun, all you have to do is make some monumentally stupid decision and follow it through. Hell, it’s worked for me thus far.
  21. The era of Vox Populi, it was the best of times, it was the worst of times. Still, i'm amazed it’s already been one year since it’s rebirth.
  22. Yeah i've got both of the GBA games and they're simple but good good overall.

Also thanks for mentioning Bob Squad the series is hillarious

  23. “The New Sith Order shall retain the option, though not the obligation, to declare war in the defense of any alliance that finds itself the victim of foreign aggression.” “The New Sith Order shall retain the option, though not the obligation, to share intelligence critical to the security of another alliance with it.” All I’m saying is that while this is very different from the version used by the NPO, these first two articles can easily be abused to gain by NSO even if they are based upon apparently chivalrous values, the fact that this can be used in defence of any alliance means they may also focus almost entirely upon defending alliances within one trade sphere or specific group. I’m not saying for one second that the NSO will abuse this act but… all I’m saying is that people should watch exactly how this new Moldavi Doctrine is used in the future.
