  1. Say for example you have a Lunar mine with Titanium. At 100% hotspot, you get $3 for the resources Gold, Lead, Coal & Oil that your nation has access to. At 50% hotspot, you get $1.50 for the resources Gold, Lead, Coal & Oil that your nation has access to. At 75% hotspot, you get $2.25 for the resources Gold, Lead, Coal & Oil that your nation has access to. etc

Works for me? - If I click Affluent Population in the bonus pool, I get 13.4% citizens on the set Effects and the graph. - If I click to remove Wine, losing Aff Pop, It moves back to 8% on the Effects and graph, which is right since Fish is still present. - Bringing Wine back (and Aff Pop with it), brings the 5% back in both places.
  3. It originally had 5% population in there as a place holder while we ran the numbers. Upon running said numbers, as destro alludes to, 5% was waaay too much, so it was changed. The mouse over just seemingly hasn't been updated yet to reflect the change.

  6. More tech doesn't decrease the price. There is a discount given for tech, to equate the NS tech gives to the NS infra gives, but adding any form of NS (Which tech does) will increase the price.
  7. This is incorrect. - Happiness bonus is dependent on age of the Base. It starts at 5 Happiness and degrades over time, it isn't affected by the HotSpot. - The -4% infra cost and infra bill saving for the Base is what is afected by the hotspot, eg at 50% efficiency you only save 2% on cost and bills

You must wait until after 24hours, not you must wait until 24hours The way it works is it rounds up to 24hrs + any left over minutes. eg: - You declared at 11:45:02... 24hrs later is 11:45:02, you can launch a nuke at 12:00:00 - If you had declared at 11:00:01... 24hrs later is 11:00:01, you can launch a nuke at 12:00:00 - If you had declared at 10:59:59... 24hrs later is 10:59:59, you can launch a nuke at 11:00:00

  11. The game already allows you to move your capital up to once every 7 days.
  12. Assuming no plunge in NS/Infra etc after buying the wonder, you'd be very unlikely to lose money on the Mine/Colony... The Base however has been stated several times has small return on its own, but its true purpose is being a doorway to better wonders which give you bigger returns.
  13. At 75% average hot spot efficiency. Hotspots are designed to be a bit of a team effort, alliances and groups can work together to get closer and closer. If you have multiple Moon wonders, then you can move them around and help you locate the hotspot easier etc, so now that you have the Base, getting a Colony or Mine would not only give you the benefits of those wonders, but it will help you get a better return from your Base etc.
  14. Larger nations will benefit more from the wonders, they in essence are building 'larger' bases, larger colonies and larger mines. Smaller ones, for smaller nations, are thus cheaper, but net them less benefits. On the questions of how the happiness increases/decreases, and how the effect of the hotspot exactly works, admin says it will be more fun if everything isn't revealed, and those who work out the secrets first will have a little edge.
  15. Well I have a few answers... But I have also given out alot of answers already... I'll flag admin down at some point and direct him here and he can decide if it's for you to figure out or not
  16. Admin has already stated, with new bonus resources being introduced into the game, they all needed to be made of uniform size. Many of the old images were not of uniform size. Upon attempting to simply resize the images, they didn't look right, so new images were found.
  17. I imagine that would cause a fair bit of confusion.
  18. Everything else during days 21-25 accumulates as it would any other day, bills, war damage etc... the only thing that doesn't accumulate is any more tax days.

  22. It's 10NS to move, 100NS to change. So for you, 1.1mill to move, $11mill to change.
  23. moxlotus, both mines can be upgraded to a new resource for a fee Killjoy, the 3bg already has enough advantages no? also, all interstellar wonders are affected by the hotspot and can be moved. Jesusaurus, proximity to the hotspot affects the infra % for the base, the value of your bonus resource for the mine, and the number of colony citizens you can collect from in the colony. The only alterations to happiness occur with time.
