I'm sure when someone sees the aid and reads the reasons stating it's a tech deal they won't go all guns blazing and update blitz their allies without finding out what happened first.

You say you like a smaller atmosphere as it keeps you aware of what your members want. Is that going to restrict FACE's growth in terms of numbers? If not, do you think that you'll have to change your approach to leadership as the alliance grows and perhaps look to a different system?

Well congratulations to Schattenman for unintentionally starting a 15 page thread on tech dealing. I've always believed Pacifica to be an economically driven alliance though, so it seems to me that the real news is redirecting all 'hand-outs' from nation growth to military schemes rather than forcing people to do tech deals. I look forward to next weeks issue

Rumours are that RoK was approached a while back about a position in The Continuum should a space open up, and that approach was rebuffed. Why was that?
