Hub123 is a ghost that has been plaguing =Western Empire= for a few weeks. He was a member of =WE= for a few days and after 3 unauthorized wars and demanding me for money or a high government position to make peace, was banned from our forums and told to change alliance affiliation. To date, he has refused to do so and has recently launched 2 other unauthorized wars on small alliances i was not able to get in contact with. He is now at peace with those nations but is still considered a ghost by =WE=. Polish Germany Imperial Officer of Defense =Western Empire=
