  1. Over a year ago it was possible to gain an advantage by knowing the war system. However, most of the tricks are universally known these days. You can be better at making judgements with deployment and judging the best times to attack. Diskord wins though.
  2. Well presumably the members of the NPO want to rebuild their nations and their alliance at some point. They can't do this untill they surrender, therefore softer terms are an incentive.
  3. Obviouse answer: when the large amount of nations in peacemode have been cut down and defeated. You may point out the similarities between the FAN situation and the NPO situation, and claim it is hypocritical on the part of the alliances at war with the NPO. However, these situations are entirely different. The incentive for allowing your nations to be destroyed is the hope that it will facilitate a quicker agreement of peace terms. FAN had been totally betrayed by the NPO whilst under their protection once already, and were understandably reluctant to consider 'peace terms' ever again. The NPO leadership have no real reason to fear such an underhand move. The decision of the NPO leadership to make their use of peacemode such a sticking point is viewed as especially dickheadish because the nations in question were barely developed and posed no threat whatsoever to the NPO or its allies. As a contrast to this, the nations held in peacemode by the NPO currently are large and numerous, possing a serious credible risk to any of the alliances fighting. None can afford to let such a formidable force escape unscathed.
  4. Before the ultimatum (demands?) was given to Moo, the NPO had no incentive to bring their large amount of peacemode nations out to fight. The war cannot end untill those nations have been defeated, so in an attempt to shorten the war an incentive was created by the alliances fighting the NPO for the PM nations to be ordered into warmode.
  5. I didn't realise everyone thought Archon was so important, maybe hes just so modest I started beleiving it.
  6. Mushroom Kingdom, same answer I would have given you before the war.
  7. TF! betrayed FARK TPF betrayed GOONS And now they're desperately trying to take back their betrayal of the NPO.
  8. Not necessarily. Its probably thinking like this which led to your house of cards folding as quickly as it did.
  9. Almost all of these nations have been in warmode and fought. A little less incompetence on our part and they would never have been able to escape.
  10. I remember the day the continuum was announced I considered deleting my nation. I couldn't beleive it after having waiting so long for the initiative's collapse. I guess if anything this game has taught me patience.
  11. We'll still be playing the same song in 10 years time. Probably isnt exactly right but the nation is gone unfortunately.
  12. GGA took 12k tech from Athens last war when they only had 14k as an alliance.
  13. Anyone complaining about these terms out to take a look at the bs MK had to put up with for 6 months. BS that MCXA enabled and supported. Good luck with keeping to the terms MCXA, and congratulations to the VE and NV.
  14. Molon Labe are determined, skilled opponents. This is a commendabel gesture from TPF, though not a very wise one.
  15. I lol'ed at archon and Liquid mercuries titles. Nice guys.
  16. Number of Soldiers Lost in All Wars. 1,674,988 Attacking + 1,315,240 Defending = 2,990,228 Casualties Was ranked 6th (behind bob sanders iirc) before GPA war came. Pretty annoyed I never made it to the cn awards page.
