Calling TOP a meatshield is utterly ridiculous. The MK-TOP treaty was months in the making, and like Rommel stated, we get along very well intellectually. TOP is an elite, small alliance with political acumen. A meatshield is more descriptive of a large paper tiger alliance, with little political value, like Legion. At first I was hoping for a DOW, but this is equally satisfactory.
