1.
I completely respect the reasoning behind what you did, but you leave yourself open to criticism if you don't fight for your alliance in a war. People will call you a deserter even if you haven't been a coward. Therefore, it's better to fight for your alliance in a war, then leave afterwards if you have an issue with what they've done. Personally, I think it's also important to choose an alliance which you know in advance won't do something retarded, like what TOP and IRON did. Fortunately, MK doesn't have a history of doing stupid things, so I think you're good there. Leave off, Pezstar.
Totally understood, and I expected as much. The only thing I can say to defend myself is that I fought in karma(where there was no chance of victory) and after I came back, against Grams. If/when MK goes to war, they will see how serious I am that I will defend the alliance. The community is awesome, and a much better fit than IRON ever was.
 2.
Brickyard don't have a go at IRON when you left us, surrendered and joined GPA in the middle of the last war. Hope u are enjoying MK, just hope they don't expect loyalty from you if they are losing a war. Anyway Mcrabt u will do a great job leading us into the future.
I find it interesting you know enough about me to criticize when this is the first Ive ever heard of you. I fought to the hilt in Karma, and was easily one of the most active nations in terms of wars in the entire alliance. When war on C&G was declared, I completely disagreed with it, and therefore abstained. I left because I wanted nothing to do with a war that had no CB. IRON losing had nothing to do with me leaving, I made up my mind the moment I learned councils plans. I entertained the notion of joining back up when I thought things would be different afterwards, and was wrong, so I left permanently. Get your facts straight and dont presume to know my level of loyalty to MK. This conversation has already been resolved and I dont see why youre continuing it. Leave it be.
 3.
Really, lets move past the whole stalking affairs. Havent we all given chances before? Take example of your new home and ODN stuff. I know you remained unsettled for sometime, I sincerely wish you've found a home in MK, they have a good alliance management and vibrant community. GLHF.
Thanks for the respectful reply, I honestly hold no ill towards you or any other of my former alliance mates; and I wish you luck in the future. Hopefully IRON will find its own place, and Rabby seems to be going in the right direction. Good luck.
 4. Sad to see you go - good luck to finding other homes on CN
 5.
Wow, so all that time in IRON you never saw anyone question authority or leadership.. Have you been living under a rock or something? People openly speak out about Council in specific threads on the forum. We're not some mindless drones who think everything the Council does is perfect. Oh and I didn't see any ideas coming from you, so who are you tell us what should and shouldn't be done? Basically, you're just doing the best you can to try and appease your new masters and make yourself look like one of them. I must say you're doing very well at that, but you may need to add more to your post.
Anyone who questioned councils decisions after the debacle that was declaring on C&G was told to shutup. Thats a fact Ursarkar. I was very vocal about my disapproval in both IRC and on the forums, and it directly lead to my resignation. Councils official position was 'oops, our bad, now deal with it". Thats quite intelligent though, you thinking Im trying to 'appease my masters' by talking like them. Maybe, just maybe, I joined MK because I had similar views. What a concept. Why would I join an alliance unless there was a commonality? And its far too easy for me to note that anyone in IRON cant say anything about appeasing masters while TOP holds its leash. (OOC) Now lets do everyone on this forum a favour - if you want to discuss this further, PM me or find me on IRC; the OWF has enough drama and dribble.
 6.
Ah, brickyard. So eager to serve to the best of your abilities...
IRONs biggest issue is the complete and utter inability of its membership to question its leadership, or the decisions of council, no matter how absurd. The last war is evidence of a need for change. Not only was infighting in the alliance rampant, it was borderline chaos during that time. Any dissidence was immediately silenced. Luckily Im no longer a member of an alliance that makes such decisions. This is the last Ill say of this, I still have respect for some of my former alliance mates and Id like to keep it that way.
 7.
And you're the person who instead of paying reps went rogue on GOONS.
^this. Doesnt really give you any clout
 8.
I am sure he will And lebubu ( and other MK'ers in this thread): IRON does not appoint its leaders on the basis of who takes our relationship with MK to new heights. MCRABT has been chosen by the alliance of IRON and the instituitions that govern it( aka the IRON Council) to be our President, and as you do not belong to IRON, commenting on who we elect/appoint as our leaders is really not your place. I understand you guys don't like him. But if you want to deal with IRON, you will have to deal with the IRON President and that's that. I don't think there is anything more that needs to be said. And finally, o/MCRABT I have complete faith in you! 0/IRON!
Im an Mker in this thread, and I left IRON two weeks ago because of ineffective leadership after two years in it. So yeah, I think that gives me more than enough right to post an opinion. All Rabby has to do to succeed is do the exact opposite of what his predecessors did. Easy enough. Put the I back in IRON.
 9. Rabbys good people, though I wouldve liked to see MM take the helm. NAH in gov though? That needs fixing
 10. Instead of white peace, I say we offer them more nooks. And a second helping of Matt Miller
 11. I have to say, I have an enormous amount of respect for MHA, and I hope that they distance themselves from Grams.
 12. A failed attempt by myself to inject some humor into an all too serious war. (Posted in the wrong forum, should be moved out of alliance announcements, my mistake) Also, I accept your surrender
 13. As IRON has graciously been presented surrender terms by FAN, I feel obligated to provide them the same courtesy. We at IRON have been supremely enjoying ourselves while watching the solider of FAN fall dead to our guns. The Booze is flowing, the blow is plentiful, and we have stolen FANs worst hookers for our stables. But never let it be said that IRON doesn't have a heart. So I've figured that we'll let the FAN folks who don't have the intestinal fortitude to continue the fight have a way out. I hereby announce the following individual surrender terms to FAN nations. 1. Change AA to NPO 2. Decom all Wonders, Improvements, military, factories and work camps 3. Change your Facebook status to 'It's Complicated'. Do not reply to any inquisitions regarding what that means. If you do not have a facebook, creep the local library until someone leaves theirs logged in, and do it on theirs. 4. Send 50 Tech Liquid Mercury 5. Post a comment regarding your plans for the weekend on this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l89g_lKeq4M&feature=PlayList&p=D62CF000B8CCD794&index=50 6. Reply this this thread regarding the fact that the nation of Brickyard is in PM, and you totally want to nuke me. 7. ???? 8. Profit. This statement is by no means official, and is solely the terms for nations that may or may not be at war with Brickyard
 14. The nation of Brickyard heeds FAILs call, and will no longer recognize VE as an alliance. OH SHI-
