To be fair to SPAM, they probably weren't expecting their status quo to be upset, so they didn't know they needed to use their votes in the most efficient way. They also may not be asking for the un-aligned to vote for their senators like MEAT did. Finally, SPAM has to deal with USN.
-
I'm honestly not sure if USN votes along with the other members of SPAM. I just assumed they did.
Omniscient1 - MK's average being higher isn't that surprising. They were at one point a very stacked alliance with over 200 people. They may have dwindled in size, but they have had just as much time to rebuild as anyone else. They have also maintained amazing leadership and organization. NG actively recruits so we're going to gain noobs plus the occasional ghosts.
Agreed, I just thought the war hurt them more than what it apparently did. Pretty impressive. It could also have to do with the fact you guys have more ghosts than MK, which you pointed out.

Less nations on maroon but still more votes
I was a little surprised at this. I then looked at how many votes the TLR and NG senators had and it was around 650 votes. I was a little perplexed at the whole thing.
Also, MK's average NS is higher than NG's. I was a little surprised at that, but that may just be because I don't follow stats very well and just listen to what other people say.

These blogs are getting really annoying. Dear xxx, you're not honoring your treaty! I think we get it now, and I'm sure they do too.

This blog is awesome. Gibs done CN a public service by letting us know who's side Legacy was on in the Legion/Tetris war. I demand more Gibby blogs.

I'm really brian to figure out why this even matters.
Ok, all our comments sucked. This won.

CSN ghosted DT?People ghost a side to fight, CSN did it to DT.Ok I laughed. I admit.

Maybe they have big dogs over there?
In b4 the classic "do something about it". Don't disappoint me guys.

I find myself agreeing with Sardonic here. Theres alot of "oh god what will the outcome be" that goes around. A great example is the weaboo wars (sos v nso) IAA got involved and didnt want to escalate it due to not knowing where things would fall post war. Alliances build and build and talk big game but when the rubber meets the road look at how many will back down(Hey look! i get to laugh at Invicta again! HA! HA! Oh! and Polar)There's a distinct lack of stubborn chumps leading alliances these days, we'd have a lot more wars if there were more.Actually Wicked that's kind of wrong. Although I've seen several situations in which people shy away from wars, because of what you've mentioned (Potter Gate being a good example). The weaboo war didn't kick off, because IAA knew they could get a better war not too far down the line.

Maybe so, but that probably all leads back to stubborn leaders being discouraged in the game. I mean look what is happening to Xiph. I guess it's possible to make the case about Grub being the same way. (or others I'm sure I'm missing). Go do something stubborn, Sardonic.

lol. what?
This has been the common response to most of my blogs, but I thought this one was actually good

Hate you.

Which is why I'm protesting at how it's not even funny.
Noted, and filed away in my don't give a !@#$ folder.
At least someone got it Ellis and Varianz.

What do you ever hope to gain by posting?
Your responses

FOK has been a friend of R&R's since well before this "boo Xiph" campaign started... I doubt they are going to backflip or sell out a friend just cause its the cool thing to do this week.
This isn't even funny, just shut up OmniJesus Omni, do you never learn.
Woah woah, chill... It's a joke

Do you think it's possible that wars keep getting longer because of the negativity surrounding disbandment and surrendering?
I personally wasn't around for the "good old days" of the great wars, but I did witness Pax Pacifica. These days most people would rather fight a viet-FAN style war than admit defeat and pay reps.
I remember disbandment being hailed by someone. He said the disbandment of all of those alliances during Pax Pacifica helped spread Pacifican hate through all of CN. While had those alliances not disbanded then Pacifican hate would have been concentrated to a select few.
-
It seemed to scare SOS away.
Just sayin'
-
Lol 3 days. You realize some alliances can be war ready and declare war in 10 minutes, right?
-
Good luck, I'm interested in hearing what you have to say.
-
What even is this?Does anybody do EZI anymore? I know we don't.
I think the last time I even heard it mentioned in the present tense was by GOD during Potter Gate.

Hell, I still think it's about GOONS.
Wow, I thought for sure you would make this about GOONS.You know "to boldly go" is a split infinitive and incorrect. I don't know why the show didn't get better proof readers. You've seen through my clever code.

*citation neededOf course GOONS wasn't going to help you! They're afraid of any alliance with more than 10 members. The common GOONS perception is tech raid victims and EoGs are major "threats to their infra". (Coming from sir William) They claim they would demand 90 million dongs as reps should they be in NG's situation, but when DT done the exact same thing DT paid no reps. (Sardonic made this claim) So obviously, they are afraid to fight DT.
Would you like to take a swing at trying to rectify the DT situation? All GOONS do when I bring it up is hang their heads in shame and ignore me. I have a feeling you'll just pick out random points in this post to whine about, and ignore my DT comments. Don't disappoint me Flak!
