i'm not TOP or IRON so i cant comment on how their larger member base would deal with the reps but the original offer was high and there's no way to get even higher reps. the fact that IAA wanted anything was a joke. and part of the surrender terms was extemely small alliance(s) paying out more than they could afford for fighting with allies.

They can easily ask for more reps. Getting TOP etc to accept is a whole other deal. This was a retardedly low counter offer, but what can you do?

It would be hard to think of someone to fill this role and be unbiased. Even neutral alliances like the Grey Council and TDO have friends. I agree with the idea, but its nearly impossible to do so.

I seem to recall AirMe stating in Ejay's blog that CnG highballed the reps in the initial offer so that they could negotiate down to a reasonable amount. This is the counter, which is a low ball. I don't see why CnG is freaking out about it.

When you go to buy a house you start very low, lower than you know you are going to get it for and the seller starts higher than they think they are going to get for it. After whittling away at things, you finally come to a deal. That is what negotiating is.
