Bloc declarations on blocs create intersections.
Intersections make me sad.
Therefore, let's push the bloc declaration outside! (@Wolfpack, Europa, USN: Sorry for omitting you on the big tree; attack someone besides the Sentinel/BFF blocs and I'll re-add you ) Some DoWs that did not destroy the overall structure remain.
Given that very few people even see these charts (judging by comment volume), I'm not entirely sure why I'm updating this. Oh well.
