But seriously, that law was made a week ago, so they would know about it. Stop trying to piss me off.
OOC: Yes it does.
OOC: Zoot, your white knight attitude is valiant but unnecessary. If Ryan doesn't want to RP with these folks sending in supplies to his nation, then that is his choice - he can choose not to recognize those imports. I personally think it would be boring and against the spirit of RP to simply say that he won't recognize the drug imports and I think that him maybe blowing some of those commercial ships out of the water, or arresting the ships crew and sending them to prison for ten years would be a better deterrent than OOC complain fests. Just something to think about...
This.
OOC:This has just become a spam thread. I'll have to post a new one. I know I overreacted when I first joined, as this RP is different than alliances RP's, but ever since, people have gone out of their bully me. I try to ignore it and get on peaceful terms, but getting spammed with spies thanks to the crappy spy roll system doesn't help. It just pisses me off. Yawoo, I can do that? Now I can just ignore those who don't play nice. Thanks.
You can, but I don't believe it applies to 'active' RP elements, like a ship.
OOC: Yes, it is your right to choose not to recognize events in RP. That said, do so with caution because if you continually do not recognize legitimate actions then you run the risk of no longer being recognized by the community. 2.
The Kingdom of Cochin requests Slavic Federation to try not to detonate any more nuclear warheads close to our borders, especially airburst. We hope Slavic Federation would show the wisdom to be more responsible regarding their nuclear experimentation and conduct them in secure areas where the risk of fallout on other nations is minimal.
"We'll try, but there's no guarantee." -James II
 3.
Shipping Serach Law All ships wishing to dock in the Alaskan Union will be searched use they enter 15 miles within Alaskan Soil (upon entering Alaskan waters basically). If they are found to contain illegal substances/objects or anything harmful to the Alaskan Union the ship will be seized.
As this declaration was ordered, the Slavic Herb and Recreational Light Drugs Company, a branch-off of the Slavic Gold Mining, Inc., formerly Caucasian Gold Mining, Inc., was sending a ship on a near-coastal course northward. They were to remain just outside of national waters upon reaching the Alaskan area, so as to prevent any difficulties in the deep Pacific. The ship was an odd one to be a merchant ship, for it was, in fact, based loosely off of old Caucasian cruisers. It had been stripped of old guns and such before being sold off. The SHRLDC, and the SGM, Inc., however, had policies forbidding their merchant ships from going on intercontinental voyages without what the CEO of the companies called, "Proper Cargo and Ship Protection." For a voyage out of the Mediterranean and around the Americas, the required weapons were, to most other companies, extensive, but easy to obtain due to the openness of the Slavic arms market; eight 105mm howitzers, lashed onto the deck, three to each side plus one each to the front and rear of the boat; four 155mm howitzers, two to a side, also lashed down; three dozen .50 caliber heavy machine guns, placed strategically around the vessel; two anti-aircraft guns, positioned fore and aft; and an armory with enough weaponry and ammunition for their 300 crewmen. The weapons had never been fired outside of testing, as they were mostly a "Don't $%&@ With Me" sign. Cargo included a cargo hold full of marijuana and cocaine, in wooden, airtight crates. This was what they were seeking to sell at various ports in the north Pacific and, ultimately, Hudson Bay, after which they would refuel in Atlantis and return to the Federation. As the declaration was issued, the ship's captain was not aware, as the radio was not tuned in to any station that played that. The crewmen had also assumed that marijuana and cocaine would be considered medical, and were not worried about anything. As such, the ship was ten miles from the coast, making for the port city of Kotzebue, Alaskan Union. OOC: Zomg, heavy weapons! This'll count as one of my cruisers until I get bored with it.
 4. "I see," James said, smiling ever so slightly. "Though, I've been in your place before, and I despise ceremony when all I want to do is fall into my bed and sleep half of the day away." He put his hands behind his back and began to stroll through the columns of soldiers and Marines, with Donegan to his side. "Now, if you will be so kind as to follow me..." As they walked through, the Marines and soldiers tossed their weapons to the man across from him, missing the emperor and imperial adviser by well-coordinated inches. At the other side, James stopped and turned back around as Donegan continued to walk. "If you'd like, you can do the same thing, but I'd understand if you opted differently." When the tsar joined him, James snapped his fingers twice. A Marine and soldier, each wearing their respective insignia for the rank of captain. "Captain Nikoloz, Captain Branislav, you have command." "Yes, sir. Thank you, sir," Nikoloz said, saluting and returning to the soldiers. "Aye, aye, sir," Branislav replied, in a highly pronounced Serbian accent. "Thank you, sir." He turned back to face the Marines. James put his arm around Justinian's shoulders as they walked off of the tarmac. "I was starting to feel forgotten," he said conversationally, raising his voice over the shouted military commands and stamping of boots on the cement. "I'd assumed you'd stop here first, seeing as it's much more convenient to go from Moscow to Tbilisi than from Moscow to Paris...though I suppose you went to Berlin first...roughly the same distance, if I recall my geography correctly." He stopped abruptly. They'd arrived outside the airport. Awaiting them was a small convoy. At the front was a pair of armored Humvees, followed by an Imperial Limo. Bringing up the rear were a further two Humvees. James scanned the five vehicles and nodded. "The limo," he said, gesturing towards it, "will be driven by a Slavic Liberty Guardsman. You, your closest members of your entourage, Donegan, and I will ride in the back. It's very secure and, despite appearances, is not defenseless." He gestured to the Humvees. "Your military personnel, and other entourage members, can ride in these. They're less glamorous, yes, but they're, in my opinion, cooler. Inside is enough space for your entourage, and they'll be guarded closely by more Liberty Guardsmen." He opened the back door of his limo and took a step back in surprise. Smoke floated lazily out of the door; strange-smelling smoke. James coughed and waved the smoke away to peer inside. Donegan was already inside, smoking what appeared to be a cigar. "God damn it, Dan," James swore, waving the smoke away from his face. "Not in the limo, and not now! Open the damned windows, get that smoke out, and put the damn thing out and away." Dan muttered resentfully, sticking the cigar-thing in the ash tray and rolling down the windows. The limo quickly aired out. James entered and motioned for Justinian to do likewise.
The Republic of Finland condemns this atmospheric test of such a large weapon, and requests that all further nuclear tests occur underground from this point on. OOC: I don't fully understand the layer of lead part, wouldn't it simply be vaporized when the thing was detonated and not actually stop the reaction? I honestly don't know much about nukes.
"Now why the hell would we do that when we've got perfectly good, open-air, realistic testing sites?" -James II

 7. Awaiting the tsar at Tbilisi International Airport were an odd looking pair; a trim young man, wearing a well fitting tuxedo and a slightly older man, with long hair, wearing torn jeans and a muscle shirt that smelled like cannabis. Behind these men were two sets of three columns of men; on one side were twelve-deep columns of Slavic Marines in their black dress uniforms, rifles at parade rest; on the other side were twelve-deep columns of Slavic soldiers in dress uniforms colored a dark red, also with rifles at parade rest. As the tsar descended the metal stairs, the tuxedo-clad man, Emperor James Drake II, raised his arms in welcome, and the soldiers and Marines snapped to full attention in salute of Tsar Justinian. The more...rugged man saw him pulling at his uniform and chuckled a little as he crossed his arms. "Welcome," James said, "Tsar Justinian, to the Slavic Federation. I had planned a nice, proper ceremony for your arrival, but you don't seem to feel like putting up with that, so I'll skip to the end..." He motioned for the soldiers. "Commence." The columns turned towards each other, changing into two rows. The Marines fired a volley at an angle above the soldiers. The soldiers returned fire. Then, suddenly, both rows threw their rifles into motion. The first two rows tossed theirs backwards, and the ones in the back hurled their own rifles in an almost mechanical way over the flying rifles. The other column's last row caught the rifles tossed by the man exactly opposite of them on the field. The first two rows of each column fired their rifles at an angle over the other column, and the last row fired directly up. "It was a lot more elaborate in planning," James said as he waved the soldiers and Marines to the at ease posture. "We can walk and talk, if you'd like. How patient do you feel right now?"

 16. *Private* "Oh, Christ, I nearly !@#$ myself," James said, collapsing onto a couch. "I need something to calm me." Donegan, similarly relieved, got up and approached a cabinet on the wall. He pulled out a cigar box with an odd leaf on it and offered the what looked like cigars to James. The emperor took one, put it in his mouth, lit it, took a hit for awhile, and passed it to Donegan, who did likewise. "$%&@in' pricks," Donegan said, releasing some smoke from his mouths.
 17.
Since the Slavic Federation has done so before we have issued a call to arms, we respect their choice and recognize the treaty as dissolved without any waiting period. Umm.. I'm not sure if you guys are aware of this, but you've already canceled this treaty once. Sorry you feel this way however. By the way, would you care to illustrate what we've done that's hypocritical or foolhardy? We're welcome to criticism and might just make changes if it improves matters.
"We suspended it before, not canceled. And your hypocrisy is illustrated in your actions at the peace summit and being anti-imperialistic after founding yourself on imperialism and stealing lands away from Tahoe during a dire conflict."
