If you haven't paid bills in 25 days, you would not delete as you would from not collecting taxes. [/quote] If you're big enough, just always keep labor camps so you're good to go for your bills. You can always decom them for collections and you don't have to be current with your bills to decom. Although, if you're more than 3 days late on your bills, you can't rebuy the labor camps, so be careful.
