  1. So what crimes did MHA commit? I do not know any accept maybe letting things happen by other alliances. And that is something all alliances did. For instance MHA was not involved in the war against GPA or the long viceroy-terms for GATO. In fact, I'm sure we spoke out against it in private channels! How much more did these 'KARMA' alliances do? Uhh I do not know, but did you have a look at the balances of power before this war? If TOP, Sparta, and MHA had chosen to back the other side Hegemony would have won! We would still have the safety of the largest powerbloc in the cyberverse. These alliances only chose to get out of the Continuum because we could no longer felt at home in this bloc due to bad relationships and communication within caused by policies we did not support. (for instance declaring war against OV) I agree with you we are no saints, we make mistakes, but do not speak crap about "it was in their own interest".
  2. I wonder how much war chest money NPO nations have left to buy infra with. It was a pretty extended war.
  3. Do not forget the Continuum not only ment protection. It did also mean protection for all alliances treatied to the member alliances. So basically a member alliance could not even be pulled into a war via their treaty partners. Vice versa a member alliance also did not have the opportunity to declare war on alliances allied to other member alliances thus preserving peace for a long time. I think this was the reason why the Continuum held out this long.
  4. We are planning/plotting to destroy the two alliances above us to become the new #1 We all do seem to agree there is no new dominant alliance/bloc yet. Now lets evolve this discussion and try to predict who could be the next big dog. NpO is growing very fast and seems very disciplined but does not have the diplomatical ties (yet). MHA and IRON are the alliances with the most diplomatic ties (and both are mostly respected in the cyberverse). I do not know about IRON but I do not think we (MHA) have the right attitude to lead an bloc of allies. Citadel has the discipline and strength and SF has a lot of friends. So I do not dare to make a prediction myself.
  5. We all know the Umbrella theme song As MHA we have this theme song:
  6. I'm very glad to see two of our treaty partners getting along. Congrats to both NATO and Guru Order. Aqua love !
  7. I guess I shall be the boring nerd ending the discusion about colors and light by providing you with an wikipedia link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colors I guess we all have to play our own part in the Cyberverse.
  8. According to our black peace agreement I do not think you are allowed to say anything nice about MHA.
  9. Dear mister Rebel, I'm not sure what your problem is with our alliance the MHA. We sure do not have a problem with you as far as I know. But you seem to hold the mistaken opinion that our leaders want to bully the BTA. Please note that this OP seems not te be aimed directly at the BTA but (in my simple un-informed rank and file member opinion) at the rather bold statement by the leader of FIRE. This statement of this esteemed red alliance seems a little bit harsh towards our beloved friends TAB. Before their statement our leaders stated (in the TAB-topic) their hearts lie with the cause of TAB but in no way did they try to bully BTA with that. Clearly they thought this harsh statement from FIRE: deserved a reply to make sure they know that we think TAB deserves to be treated with respect and that we will treat FIRE with respect if they act respectable. I'm glad TAB and BTA sorted out their problems and I hope all involved (including FIRE and MHA) can get along again.I'm not sure why you are making such harsh statements yourself, statements like this one: What do you know about MHA? What do you know about our motivations. You have an alliance seniority of 1 day (you joined BTA after this drama started) so I doubt your statements are motivated by love for the BTA. Have you been a member of BTA in the past? Or do you have other motivations to react this way? If you have any problems with our alliance I'm sure we could solve those. Just drop by on our forums.
  10. Ofcourse MD has the sovereign right to name his alliance, but TAB als has the sovereign right to object to this name and to act accordingly We in MHA have the sovereign right to support TAB both because we consider them close friends and because we think TAB to have some very strong reasons to object to this name. In perceived identity's there are no wrong or right, just perspectives. But very often it are these perspectives that are fertile grounds for international conflicts No errors, I would wish every new player to be like you. In the MHA we always have room for newbie's like you. Maybe we just got involved because we were asked or because we care. But I'm sure your reason did not come up to our mind.
  11. Congratulations on your Birthday TPF. I will keep watching you to see whether you rise out of the ashes again.
  12. I see MHA is the biggest gainer despite the peaceful nature of our alliance.
  13. Wow MCXA, some very huge changes. Good luck with rebuilding and reforming your alliance. Out of curiosity, what treaties do you still have after this?
  14. That reminds me to use my towel to hunt down some perfectly normal beasts. I could really use some Perfectly Normal Beast Burgers. I might even drop by the Domain of the King to buy me some PNB-burgers with pickels and ketchup.
  15. Luckily we did not sign the UN treaty for the International Criminal Court in The Hague so our war crimes will go unpunished.
  16. nope, this was only the First Great Nuclear War.
  17. This, until someone convinces me why NPO had anything to win by 'manipulating' GGA back into this war I will beleive this all was a miscommunication. I see all kind of people hailing GGA for cancelling on NPO in another topic while all I can think is that they are weakening the post-war 'Hegemony' side. It would have been better/more fun as NPO, GGA MCXA et al would stick together to rebound in the future.
  18. Well, I for one liked it. It was a real joy reading your personal diary. Maybe you should consider writing a book?
  19. Congratulations IRON on getting peace. You fought well and brave against all odds. Very impressive. Those IRON people impress me. They must be pretty smart to find the anti-dote this fast. The only way to safely face a Vogon reading poetry is drunk and near unconsious. Well if you insist on taking this perspective on IRON, loosing 15 mil NS, 500,000 tech and 150 nations seems like a fiery fist to me.
  20. Now get your towel and your copy of the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy and join the party. p.s. the reading of Vogon poetry is strictly forbidden on every single party in the universe, except ofcourse the marvellous deadly parties of the Ziggawitsisch on the planet Alpha Prime. The succes of those parties is mostly measured by the body count.
  21. Did you just call Dutch a monstrosity of unreadable gibberish. )):
  22. Oh no, IRON will distribute the full works of Paula Nancy Millston Jennings to our nations. I surrender, please, have mercy on my poor citizens...
  23. I voted Victor, but I actualy think that if 2 parties are involved both parties share responsibility. The victor has, in my opionion, more responsibility because he is the more powerful of the two and thus has more cloud to force its will upon the loser. The loser has to try to make the best out of a bad situation, while the victor can try to dictate its will. Because of its position the victor has more influence and thus a larger responsibility.
  24. )): Poison Clan, very )): 'raiding' nations with 3 attackers at the same time. Disgusting
  25. I'm not sure about others, but we waived 95% of those reps, if not more. The last war I remember us receiving reps for was the UJW.
