[/quote] 93/440 members are in peace mode, leaving 145/347 in Anarchy. 42% of available targets Anarchied within an hour is impressive no matter how you want to try to spin it. Ignoring the liklihood that those that are not in anarchy are mostly lower NS targets, who its harder to find someone active to fight at update.
