I thought it was quite obvious my response to SirWilliam was not serious and, in fact, a dig at Vladimir. I was actually trying not to be a jerk in this scenario. If they fixed the character cap on taunts then that had to have been new to me. I'd also like to give a shout out to my first round of opponents. I had NATO, GLOF, and NV folks I was fighting. All of them showed up, and all were pleasant. A special shout out to Prince Arutha. His partner (Ramen) didn't help since he turtled the whole war. Magusland didn't talk much at all (pity really), but he's a worthy opponent on the battlefield. Are you reading this GOONS? Put your competent fighters on this guy as you'll have a tough time with him. P.S. For those of you following Acrux's comics series featuring the turtle Ramen Mew-mew in the propaganda thread; yes, it was originally intended as a joke to poke fun at the Ramen nation of NPO. As for my own shout outs, I'll start with round 1, all from NpO. Other than that one mishap with a spy attack (see: sig), Jonathan Wolf was a good and entertaining opponent, and he was a good sport about the sig. Jdominique was the toughest opponent of the group, and managed to escape to peace mode to recharge. I can only assume by his gov choice that he's preparing to jump back into the fray any day now. I never heard from Ski11585 at all, whether my message or even CM, and I never got a chance to spy his warchest. For all I know he's low on cash and I wish him the best of luck on the trip to ZI. Now, round 2. Three people from three different alliances: NpO, STA, and IAA. Haven't heard from Crazy Rightists at all, but I do appreciate the opportunity to use my navy as the other two don't have any ships and are below 1k land. King Goon II appears to be shouldering the nuclear duties and is coordinating with Lavo_2 rather well, who happens to be a monster at GAs. A good fight all around. This ruler has ruined my breakfast daily and caused me to wear a radiation suit around the clock. Furthermore, he caused me to throw a fit like that of a two year old when his SDI continued to deflect my nukes. I was so frustrated I just kept hitting the big green button on the launch panel and nary a nuke found it's target.
