The nukes were sent a’flying towards nations run with great care, Heedless of the fact that St. Nick soon would be there. The children were nestled all safe in their Fallout Shelters, Visions in their heads of the anarchy induced revolters. And as we settled into the trenches, I with my bayonet, ODN and GATO had finally found the winner of their bet. I arose with a clatter to count my recruits, thirty-eight, While ODN reported forty-five, sealing my unfortunate fate. I owed them a poem so I signed up to the forums with a flash, And googled some crap written by Clement Moore to rehash. Their greatness is unparalleled, with work ethic unmatched, If they can recruit so well, I feel sorry for the enemies they’ve snatched! Yet beneath the power is a heart as pure as snow, Never looking down on us mewling alliances below. At the parties they’re always the ones raising the roof, You have only to visit #odn to see this proof. They’re the chilliest, coolest cats to have around, It’s only for extraordinary things that they are bound! We said that we would win, that we knew how to work, But those glorious chaps in ODN showed us who was the jerk. “Recruiting is GATO’s specialty,” we said thumbing our nose, But it was their numbers that to great heights rose! So as per our bet I must finally admit with an ache, Our chocolate cannot compare to orange cake. But I bid you all with a final shout, ere I fade back out of sight, “Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good fight!” tldr; GATO lost a bet to ODN. Grats ODN, and Merry Christmas CN.
