Well, if you think about it from an outsiders (by outsiders, I mean a non-signitory) point of view, this may seem like a tech farm. But this economic union, with the option of defending one another is meant to help both Athens and UED prosper. Athens would get a steady supply of tech which is garunteed by UED.(It is so hard to find tech sellers these days, so Athens will be adopting this approach to any new alliances who comes to us for protection.) And UED will receive millions in aid to help grow their alliance. Both parties intend to honour the defense articles if need be. In the end, its a win win situation for both signatories. I wasn't using tech farm as a pejorative. I'm actually quite impressed with what you've done here on a bureaucratic level. I'm just well aware that if, for example, an alliance that starts with G and sounds like "spoons" had done something similar, everyone would be calling us monsters at this point.
