We shall reside on Blue team and the Blue Sphere shall be considered a safe haven from trade sanctions. We will not use sanctions as a weapon and if anyone is sanctioned on blue team we will lift it. All nations of any alliance are welcome to reside here without fear of sanction. We will not be signing any formal treaties this round. We offer our top nation in casualties a 30 million or 1000 tech bonus in SE (must have at least 50 days seniority at rounds end to qualify). We will be hosting Gladiator Games with prizes for smaller nations of all alliances who have been knocked out of contention to qualify. All are welcome to join us and foreign diplomats are welcome to visit.
