The Empire of Krieg has formed, after years of Turmoil and fighting for our place, We, the German Nationalists have been given an oppertunity by the Spainards of Eastern Spain, to attempt to build a Utopian Fascist society, and to escape torment that has swept our native Deutschland.

Now that our Regime has taken its place in the government, we would firstly like to thank the Rebel Army Nation for agreeing to Divide their Gebiv lands and free a large portion of tormented Europeans who seek refuege from the modern turmoil.

Secondly; I would also like to thank greatly Elricht von Richt of the Chimairan Republic, for aiding in the Nationalist Party for European Peoples to take control of the Spanish Government, as we speak thousands of Germans and Spanish are flowing from Central Europe to our new Empire. von Richt has promised us Mutual Defense, a spot in the Viridian Entente, and hopefully entry into the EFTA.

I would also like to send a warm welcome to the newly formed Republic of Carthage, which formed their new nation hours before our Blackshirts marched to Madrid. The Empire of Krieg offers an Alliance to the new nation, and hopes we can establish formal Diplomatic ties and trade.

I want to reach out to the Italian Republic, a friend-allie of the Chimairan Republic. We Fascist states need to stick together, for our people rely on our ablilities to preserve our soverignty and culture; as well as defense and trade. We hope our Fascist Comrades in Rome will be eager to meet with us in Madrid ( AKA New Berlin ).

I also would hope our EFTA comrades see to it we are admited into the Trade Union.

Any other European States-Nations who wish to establish formal ties or simply want to talk on the state of Western Europe, we are open to discussions.

On a side note, the Empire wishes to know Scotland's stance on the Scottish Procterate in Western Spain.
