Californian Posted June 18, 2009 Report Share Posted June 18, 2009 (edited) One more thing, the city of Arkhangelsk has reverted to Grøenlandian control as per this agreement (OOC: http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?s...t&p=1582726 ). The current Grøenlandian garrison of 500 troops will ensure the city is safe however we will negotiate a deal for control of the city when a nation has risen in the surrounding territory.
