Dragon Empire: The Imperial Congress and its daily actions.

"Okay, one more thing we should decide now is the axis of our involvement. It is unlikely how we can reach Texas through Atlantic Ocean as the Gulf is fully controlled by enemy nations. We think the best bet would be to stage support from Pacific Ocean side. Anyway as and when Texas decides to accept our aid we can build up a proper battle plan."

OOC: C130s cannot properly resupply any air attack. One C17 can barely transport enough missiles for a squad of fighter bombers. If we are talking about heavy bombers like B52s they can never be resupplied effectively by air. Weight consideration. Also munitions designed for one aircraft will not work for another because of aero dynamic charatecristics would be unpredictable and hence it would no longer be smart, ie, like firing a 5.56 round in a 7.72 barrel.

ooc: Iron bombs can be outfitted with jdam's systems. As long as they have iron bombs in Texas.. which is almost a certainty given they've been used world-wide, then they can be used. Any iron bomb can be outfitted with them as the JDAM system becomes the aerodynamic system for the bomb. So all we'd have to do is ship JDAM fittings in bulk.

ic: "I've reviewed the map. We could fly over the un-claimed air-corridors over Mexico to strike targets attacking Texas. We can do it by long range aerial refueling or via direct basing using JDAM munitions."

Severe budget cuts by Dragonisia for Multi-National United has stopped many of their major research projects, including Real 3D. While the Nanosolar division has prospered in the Holy Imperium of America, this funding has purposefully been cut off for the other side, as to seperate the two into their own identities and usage. MNU's skeletal crew have mostly been doing management duties for MNU until MNU is reevaluated by Dragonisia for funding - or if its stocks change hands to another group for usage.

Paul Cortez is still the CEO of both entities, however his office is in the main Nanosolar building.

--------------------------

"Multi-National United would like to be reevaluated for funding by Dragonisia, especially with the implementation of Real 3D in the command room. We cannot continue to test out Real 3D until more funding heads our way, and we believe it will be a major asset to Dragonisia's military once finished."

"We have been unable to start R&D on mid-air rearming, unfortunately, but given some time we could start early trials in 8 months. However, as you know, we have become very strapped of funds and thus do not have the manpower to do any research at a reasonable rate."

"So we ask you, please reinstate your funding into our company so we may start again in our research."

"We look forward to your response."

OOC: That was @ Dragonisia, but is a public thing and can be responded to by any of the rest of you.

Considering the tensions arising the incident we believe we must acknowledge deployment of those bombers as an unfortunate incident. Should we really bring Asia and America to war because of a few attacked planes?

Kingdom of Cochin believes it is time we try to settle this conflict peacefully. The repercussions of a total DE-America war would be devastating to the cause of Asian stability and future Asia-American relations.

Our principal objectives for involvement, ie, sovereignty of Texas has been now guaranteed by other nations and America has been successfully polarized by the issue. We no longer need to deploy our forces there.

What is the opinion of fellow Dragon Empire nations regarding this?

Our objectives have been secured. Texas has some good protectors. But the situation has developed in such a way that Dragon Empire is under severe threat. From the diplomatic contacts we have established with the American forces they do not seem to accept any solution less than complete dissolution of Dragon Empire.

Imperial Congress must hence decide on the course of action.
