I remember shipping a lot aid to the NPO to help the NPO cope with the nukes FAN was pumping into them from the first go round. It seems to me more like FAN was a Poland or someone that actually fought to the bitter end and was occupied as opposed to surrendering and going Vichy. Or maybe they're like a Vietnam?
