Galactic Republic is loaded, as is Argent and iFOK. Most of them have a chance to rise, but I went with Nemesis for the Hoo/Solaris factor. It's not exactly fair, to be honest. iFOK has hundreds of "sister" nations to pull votes from. However, sure, you can do that, but try eliminating the epic fail part; if they think that, they can just not vote. Also, TGR is easily the most up and coming alliance due to the fact that we have tripled in size and strength in the past 3 days. And we have a Chimney.
