What about nations who bought tech from nations in good faith, only for those nations that sold the tech to be deleted for being a multi. How does one know if the nation selling you the tech is a multi? Why should the buyer acting in good faith be the one penalized?

A sad day on Planet Bob.

I never thought I would see the day IRON and NPO were not allies in some way. A very sad day for the old school.

The problem is that we have too few players for too many Alliances. When I first came here in late October, 2007, we had over 34,000 nations. Today, we are under 12,000. There are many reasons for this happening: New games popping up, RL issues, the crazy rules between TE and SE, the crazy politics, it has become a lot to handle. Can you have a realistic 50-person Alliance? Sure, it is doable. However, people need to be active.

Obama's proposal was all fluff and puff. If he gave a damn about gun control, he would not have moved his presser from Thursday to Monday this week I(His Pressers are on Thursday). This is pure lip service to those on the left. Is he going to get his Assault Weapons ban? No. Is he going to get his Maximum Magazine Limits? Negative. He MAY get his Armor Piercing Bullet restriction. He SHOULD get everything else, including the arming of teachers, more cops, and his Metal Health package. It is that Mental Health package that will do far more to eliminate future Aurora's and Newtown's than any gun control bill would. The reality is he is not going to go out of his way this year on guns with the economy tanking and immigration reform being screamed at him. Let's be real: Only those wishing to pimp the dead children of Newtown are going to go crazy over getting this passed (The usual pimps like McCarthy, Brady, Bloomberg and Mennino.). Obama? Certainly won't.

I think the few hundred million I spent on tech and Infra the other day really helped.

Moo was a legend not just in CN, but in NS as well. He was one of the great pioneers in games like CN. Sadly, a bit of CN has died with him. My condolences go out to his family and his online family in the NPO. Rest in Peace, Moo.

We have witnessed several once proud Alliances merge with others to create larger entities. Many of us in UINE believed that this was the path to take. Over the last few weeks, we were contacted by quite a few Alliances about merging with them. We looked at all of them. Looked at their strengths and weaknesses. However, one stood out. That Alliance was The Imperial Order. Scorponok and his crew turned out to be first class people, as well as knowing where they were headed. We in UINE believed that the best way to celebrate the legacy of the UINE was to merge with an Alliance where we can do the most good. So, the Union of Integrated National Entities came into an agreement to merge with The Imperial Order. In doing so, we are ensuring that the legacy of the Common Sense Revolution lives on to the shine the light of all that is right, and all that is wrong on Bob. And may that light shine on forever.
