And it is not just this war...it is pretty much ANY war. It is always folks from the peanut gallery questioning things that is none of their business-people that are not even involved in the conflict. I think this is a great matchup, not that my opinion matters. If there was a 1 on 1 battle between two exactly equal nations, some nattering nabob of negativism would find some reason to say that it wasn't fair or good enough for them. That was my point. So please don't misunderstand me and think that I was in any way referring to those AAs actually fighting each other. lazaraus45 Posted June 30, 2011 Report Share Posted June 30, 2011 (edited) It's so easy for an alliance to say, "hurr durr you're bigger than us this = updeclare" So often the stats are used to hide down declares, forget the deliberate complications, when someone claims they're going for an updeclare go by my criteria and just ask yourself, Do they actually stand a better chance of losing than they do winning. [/quote] Ya, we took that shot this time. Our War leader/planner pointed out how bad it would likely go, but with all the rogues etc early, it just had to be done. My call, my responsibility 6 of our nations were rogues, 3 more inactive - it was a large risk and we decided to try it anyway. Not my best plan Win or lose, if we think we are being covertly attacked we will come at you. Rogues slowed our growth, I suspect we did the same in return.
