1.
It's explained in the post you quoted, anarchying you would only have been possible with the game mechanics if i had destroyed less of your infra or called someone else in, neither of which i intended to do Do not fret however, over your lack of knowledge, for every piece of infra destroyed by me i shall endeavour to repay it with the knowledge of your errors, I shall free you from your bonds of ignorance so that you may one day become the warrior that i am. Duckroll marches ever forward to prevent tW from the pitfall of complacency Fear not, for we shall save you from your failues o7
I really don't think you understand warfare or what makes a warrior at all. But by all means, continue with your grandiose statements, its like your trying to impress somebody, but unfortunately your simply not all that impressive.
 2.
lolwut, do you have a basic concept of the game mechanics? no worries, i'm happy to help, Anarchy is caused when a nations troop count is low enough, the main factor in killing enemy troops is the type of attack and the amount of attacking tanks, you took 4 aggressive GA's each with maxed out tanks, all of which i won no more could be done to anarchy you, short of missing out CM's and Bombing runs or having someone else finish you off, 100 infra damage is worth more than anarchy and there was no need to call someone else in just for the sake of anarchying you, (what can you do now that you're not in anarchy? declare wars and get beatdown faster? oh noeeesss) If any other tW nations need help understanding strategy and the limitations of an attacking nation then shoot me a PM, noobs gotta learn sometime
I have a very comprehensive understanding of game mechanics. I was just very surprised as to how you failed to anarchy me, considering the very sizable advantage you hold, you know, fighting somebody who is 1/2 your strength, who isn't presently capable of being online at update, etc. Don't take this as whining, as I don't mind, but considering your failure to anarchy my nation (although I must admit, you did come very close), I can understand why you didn't attack targets closer to your own size.
 3.
Reasons to have guys on Seraph: [s]As a counter for when main AA is hit[/s] We can rule that one out [s]The guys on Seraph are flag running[/s] not likely with them being 10 days late [s]NPL aiming to improve it's future war performance by training in TE[/s] ABSURD, TE FOR TRAINING!!?? clearly the only answer left is: any other baseless claims you'd like to make while we're here?
I loved how you, exceeding twice my NS, attacked me and failed to anarchy me. Thought you DR guys were good at war, but once again you've proven yourself to be merely pathetic at everything you attempt. By the way, Duckroll's not the only people with cards up their sleeves that they may or may not be willing to play down.
 4. I'd like to congratulate my friends and allies in MCXA on the peace, and wish them the best of luck in rebuilding bigger and better.
 5.
Yes, it was inevitable that we would attack you, it would have just been 1 on 1, and we may even still have had a nuke disadvantage. All we need is decent cash, to be able to rebuild after fighting, then do it over again. There is a difference between Flag running and Fighting. Flag running you need to have maximum cash, and make sure some dont take any damage, hence the stomping we put out on occasion in the past.
I think what is important to understand is that, considering recent events, we had reason to believe when DR did eventually come knocking, that it would not be on the fairest of terms. When you exhibit the sort of behavior that DR has recently, people will come to expect that from you in the future.
Please name how many times we fought and or rogue'd warriors ever since the G-6/Roman wars. Please do. It's also nice of you to realize that there's no getting even with us, for we will always end up on top. It's not a matter of how or why, the question is when. In addition, this only happens when we're curb stomped, and this isn't just a curbstomp, you're trying to make it a stomp. Unfortunately for you, I don't believe it'll turn out that way. Why? Because, simply put, the Warriors are a !@#$%* inept alliance.
If you insist on acting like a child, there should be no [s]confusion[/s] uncertainty as to why people treat you like a child, and your insults are most certainly what I would refer to as childish, but honestly, we didn't expect anything better from you. For things to be true, you have to prove them to be that way, not just say it. Then again, throughout history there have been many instances of you being alot of talk and little substance. For you to call tW an "inept alliance" is a display of what many would refer to as "being mad". I have no doubts in saying that the Warriors are home to some of planet steve's most talented and most dedicated individuals, and while we have had (and still have, to an extent) some deficiencies in certian aspects, we have never had a lack of talent or dedication.
 6.
G-6 & Anonymous were flagrunning alliances; Duckroll is a warring alliance. Once you understand the difference, then we can talk. We've won 3 flags, achieved round domination w/ our friends, and have changed the game completely. Get. Out. Edit: What happened to we play our way, you play yours. You've made your bed, and you will lie in it.
Some of us don't care to know but one way. Its not as if you haven't committed less then reputable actions even here recently. Considering DR's actions in the past, and even in earlier this round, we had every reason to suspect that DR was going to hit us at some point, and when they did, they would not do it in a manner that was fair or reasonable. That, coupled with distaste of your previous actions led us to act when we felt we had the best chance to achieve a preferable result. Of course what will come will come, but your chest-puffing isn't going to cause me to lose any sleep. You threatened to kill off the Warriors when we were an infant alliance because we got in the way of your curbstomping somebody else. Our future is bright, and probably even brighter then yours.
Thats fine, next time call it like it is instead of claiming to be on a crusade against DR because of "past actions". Edit That past action being the cease fire war one year ago, do you remember what happened after that war? CN:TE basically came down on everyone that was involved with G-6, if that isn't paying for it then I don't know what is.
I stated earlier, and I don't know if you didn't see it or just didn't understand it, that I don't feel as if we're under any obligation to lay out each and every motivation for the war to you. Theres alot of factors that go into decision making, some that we are aware of, some that we aren't, and even the ones that we're aware of is long enough that it wouldn't make for a quality DoW.
 7.
I used RE as an example but it applies to the entire "group", that includes G-6 itself.
I believe it was stated at one point or another in this thread that Confusion never changes. To say that the G6/RE vs. tW war was the last event committed by Confusion et. al. that we find objectionable would be to ignore a great number of events that have transpired in the time since. As I mentioned previously, a major contributor to our rationale to attack DR now was our belief that DR was going to attack us at a point in this round which was more favorable to them. We found it more favorable to engage them now rather then to have them engage us later. Later will undoubtedly still come, but who knows, you don't change the dynamics of a situation without doing something.
 8.
I am guessing that you are referring to the G-6 wars.. You are forgetting that every alliance in that "group" was rolled because of what happened, I know that RE has "payed" for it long ago, you cannot keep referencing things from that "era" if they have already been payed up in casualties.
As I stated previously, I've got nothing against RE, Confusion and those who follow him, on the other hand, have a considerably more prolific history of underhanded moves.
 9.
They have no idea, ADude. Give me a few hours.
A few hours to do what? Establish why its ok when you do it, but not when others do it? The addition of WAPA into this war is no worse then some of the atrocities committed by alliances under your control in the past. Undoubtedly, you don't see it that way, because after all, you're above any standards which you hold others to.
 10.
And the cycle shall continue
I think there is more to it then this. I find it very hard to believe that DR wasn't going to attack us even if we didn't do this. We were of the understanding that sooner or later, DR was going to come after us, and as they have in the past, they would use any and all firepower available to get what they wanted. We weren't going to sit around and wait until then, then is going to come sooner or later anyway, we saw a good chance to establish that we're not going to lie down and take it, and we're asserting that plainly right here. As for WAPA, I stated previously, I don't know what it would have taken to beat DR, I only know what we brought. In this instance, we had no qualms about bringing a level of firepower we felt was suitable to achieve the goals we had, and the goals we have are somewhat different then they usually tend to be.
 11.
I don't see any other reason stated then the war last year.
It is not clearly spelled out, if that is what you mean. I fail to see the relevance of it, however, we know the reasons why we are fighting this war, we have explained them in length throughout this thread (sometimes more clearly then others), and our members know the reasons for which we are fighting. I see no reason why we should be obligated to lay each and every contributing factor out on the table for your perusing. Confusion has a consistent history of committing acts of undue hostility towards us and those who we have a favorable opinion of. No tactic is below him, fairness has never been a priority. The list of underhanded acts Confusion has committed against us is far too long, and we had no doubt what-so-ever that when it was convenient for him to do so, he would take efforts to cause it to grow. As it has been said previously, this is not the fashion in which tW normally conducts its business, we do not believe in seeking out curb-stomps. We would prefer to conduct wars with honor and respect, however Confusion has clearly exhibited that he is not worthy of our respect.
 12.
Your DoW cited the ceasefire war last year as a reason for this DoW, as Thomas would say. Don't try to change the story now.
I did not and do not deny that incident was a "part", but to say that act exclusively fueled our distaste of Confusion would be stretching our statement and putting words into our mouth that never came out.
 13.
- Important correction, you hit them last round. We hit warriors last year.
Confusion and those who follow him have committed numerous acts of unwarranted hostility against us and against others in the course of the past year (and beyond) for no other apparent reason then "because they could".
 14.
Round 14 and on we have at least 3 victories bud, before that RE was filled with ghosts and inactive members, go ahead and brag if you like though.
I haven't been around as much the past few rounds as I had been in the past, I do recall at least twice, once when you rolled with G-6 and another when we rushed into a war without adequately preparing for it. The other one must have come during one of my more inactive periods. I remember alot of rounds there where we would consistently fight, and we'd come out on the upper end even in wars you guys initiated. RE has made leaps and bounds in the time since and is considerably better now then it once was.
The slander I am pointing out is how you "claim" him to lie, spy and all sorts of other goodies in almost every post you have made so far..
Well, he either admitted to spying last round or he was making up stories to make himself look more important. As for the lying and the other goodies, its no secret that we aren't big fans of Confusion or the manner in which he wields what power he has, the acts of which we find objectionable are public and are scattered across many, many rounds.
 15.
Where is your DoW on Roman Empire? We were just as involved in that as G-6 was.
I'd say in the rounds preceding that and the way we consistently fought each other (and how we usually ended up coming out of it a little better off then you), we don't hold much for grudges against RE. If anything, we might even kinda like you. Besides, what use would it be to improve our record against RE to, uh, what would it be now, 5-1? 6-2? I've lost track.
 16. I don't particularly care if Confusion had/has spies or not, thats not why we're fighting. I am starting to see subtle signs that your not very happy over this Confusion, wonder why that is. If tW is, as you say, a !@#$ alliance, then this would surely not even be a challenge for you and your amazing ability to do things. Aside from the fact that your abilities are nothing close to amazing except when the odds are overwhelmingly on your side.
 17.
Yes- I knew what you let us know... I guess letting the opponent know you'll be attacking them is the new cool thing to do.
You also knew when we let you know. Doesn't look like DR put the information to use anyway, doesn't look like you used that time to purchase many nukes, would have been the sensible thing to do? (Not that I'd expect you to do the sensible thing, but still, its what I would have done.) Or did you not have that much time, which would strange, since we notified some of our people as far back as Sunday. In other news confusion, when you care to, hop off your high-horse. Your not impressing us, your not scaring us, your not humoring us. Probably because your not impressive, or dangerous, or funny.
 18. Confusion, why is it that everything you write seems to be of 7th grade quality? But as for what you knew before this war, you knew what we let you know, and not a damn thing else. As for your claims of the Warriors being an inferior alliance, well now here we are, here is your oppertunity to prove it. I am interested to hear what your accomplishments are, though, other then regularly beating up on people when you had a statistical advantage. Of course, you would be bragging about it too.
 19.
Can you not read??? LE have hit us early in the past 2 rounds! like day 5 etc. For that I will refer you to Mr Newtons 3rd law. Quite simply you need a couple of AAs to beat us because you arent good enough even with the massive nuke advantage. And yes its my mistake, I was a little busy and didnt realise the SUN tW war didnt go nuclear or I would have ordered nukes to be bought sooner. We would have hit you, yes, and you would have likely had 100 nukes by then, which would have resulted in mutual destruction, after which we could rebuild and do it again.
You seem to be of the opinion that its acceptable for you to use excessive force against those you perceive to have wronged you, but not for others to do the same. I can't tell you what we needed to beat duckroll, I can only tell you what we brought.
 20.
Um, the NS and ANS between us 2 was pretty close, and you just got the #1 nation who has been unscathed to fight with you. You had 60 odd nukes to 9? Id say that is already a down declare, but its our fault really for maybe not getting nukes a little earlier. You brought in WAPA to make sure you won this one, plain and simple. Just like OP/LE did to us last round, and added in SUN, with more than 1k ANS difference, and 1 nuke. Well, what past grievance? Also to say that I have the most cash because Ive earnt the most is foolish. Ive been fighting, and have #1 casualties. The SUN war? Damaging for tW? You are kidding right? tW had 2 weeks to build, whereas we went to war on day 3/4. tW also took no damage, where SUN took minimal damage. You guys didnt even play with nukes. LOL Clash, you may have been away for a few rounds. Let me refresh your memory. LE have hit us early in the past 2 rounds, like day 5 to 7. We werent going to let it happen a 3rd time. 2 rounds ago they hit us 1 on 1 and got spanked, so last round they brought OP with them, yes OP/LE vs Anon/SUN. It was SUNs 2nd round, and were useless aside from 1 or 2 nations. You calling this an updeclare now? You will find that I posted in the thread a few minutes after Con posted it. And we were not threatening anyone fyi. And yes, I gave the go ahead to hit LE early. As ive already explained, the hit on LE was pre planned before the round started. Hit them before they have a chance to hit us, using all necessary fire power. If you look at it, we had 38 or so nations to their 29??? thats like a 33% advantage we went in with. Thats not a huge down declare! Our planning was just perfect, and it went off without a hitch. LE performed admirably though, and did stunt us somewhat. You however had 2 full weeks to build, then a little non nuke??? spar for a few days. All you need to be fully recovered is a single sled, then you hit us before we loaded nukes, to which I wouldnt normally find fault. Its bringing WAPA along that just makes you seem like a fool.
I would like to quote the particularly relevant portion again, "using all necessary fire power." We would have been content to drop our whole grudge against Confusion, however I don't believe for a second that Confusion would not have attempted to $%&@ us over again at some point in the not too far future. We saw a good opportunity, and we took it. I hardly see how you can hold objections to that when that has consistently been the way that you and yours have operated. Is this war a down-declare? yeah. Is that how we normally roll? no. This war is an exception. Sadly, I find it hard for you to argue that the approach DR took with LE was an exception, that appeared more like standard operating procedure for you guys. Confusion (and Duckroll) have clearly established the playbook they live by with their past actions, we simply decided to borrow a page. When this all comes to a conclusion, we would of course like to return to our way of seeking out challenging wars that test our abilities, and we'd enjoy nothing else then to not cross paths again, but somehow I have a feeling like just when we are at our most vulnerable, Confusion will be there, waiting to use whatever it takes to convince himself once again that he's a big dog. As for not nuking SUN, well quite simply, we were saving them for you.
 21.
Seems like you're having memory problems. Try re-reading the post again.
Oh my that was funny. But seriously, you strike me as the sort of guy who starts an alliance when he has no business leading and then wonders why it hasn't taken off and become hugely successful beyond anything he could have hoped for. Your enthusiasm is admirable, but I think you need to get a grip on the basic mechanics and form a better understanding of how things work and why. Until then, your ideas aren't going to get any traction.
 22.
All I got from this is you violated your ceasefire to get back at a grudge on Confusion that you're not calling a grudge because you think someone will believe you. Seriously, why bring in WAPA when the stats were otherwise pretty even, unless there was a chip on your shoulder. (Notice that I am not complaining about the uneven sides, only your faulty reasoning of your acting like Confusion and the violation of your ceasefire agreement). Also, would you really expect Confusion not to talk crap on your alliance when he knows you're going to declare anyway? PS You can't agree to something and then pull out of it last minute, that just shows you have no honor. But this is TE, what can I say? See you next round, I guess.
Go and read the terms of the ceasefire. As we did not initiate a war during the timeframe in which the ceasefire was designed to be active for, we have in no way, shape or form violated it. As for the right to pull out of an agreement, I would say that it is fully within our right as a sovereign alliance to terminate our involvement in an agreement which has not come into effect yet. Furthermore, the thought of somebody who willfully follows Confusion questioning somebody else's honor is laughable, at the least.
Im gonna excuse your "come at me bro" at the end there cuz u didnt know im already at war with your alliance and u prob didnt know cuz i forgot to put my TE nation in my profile
I am fully aware, however it would appear as if you have some unused offensive slots there.
 23.
if its all for fun, why do your feelings sound so hurt in your little hissy fit, i mean DoW?
We're not mad, our feelings aren't hurt. We're annoyed and tired of Confusion and his crap, and there seemed no better time then the present to address it. Should you have a problem with the way in which we convey ourselves in our DoW, there is no secret in where we can be found.
 24.
And the need to bring WAPA along?
We don't believe in denying good friends good oppertunities. Additionally, Duckroll had a better number of larger nations then we did, among other contributing factors (including that outside of the large advantage we held in nuclear weapons, DR had considerably more NS then we did.) I am confused as to why you hold objections to bringing WAPA. I thought that it was clear that you had no objections to down-declares (at least not when your the one doing it). Provided tW does not believe in going around and consistently taking the upper-hand in wars, as we enjoy challenges, however once in a while you must make exceptions to give yourself the best chance to achieve what you so desperately desire.
 25.
Really? Your massive nuke advantage wasnt enough so that you had to bring WAPA as well? Typical Clash, ranting about up declares/ down declares and such, then becoming the monster yourself? Im a bit disappointed that I only have 1 war tbh, how am I going to rack the casualties up? And your [s]obsession[/s] annoyance with Confusion is mildly amusing. Oh and just so you know, the hit on LE was payback for not having the balls to hit us 1 on 1 last round (Anonymous) but instead bringing OP with them (or the other way around), like this war, with a massive nuke advantage, to stomp us. I guess we know what the future holds for tW See you out there!
We usually do believe in engaging in fair wars, but it was our opinion that Duckroll (and particularly Confusion) were not deserving of that luxury considering some of your past actions. If you don't play nice, other kids aren't going to play nice with you. As for what tW's future holds in store, we are not threatened or intimidated by you, or Confusion, or your inflated egos. What will come will come, and we'll deal with it then.
