  1. I'm sure I've heard this a few times before...
  2. You are rapidly becoming my least favourite ruler. I don't know how your alliance-mates manage to put up with you.
  3. Interesting move Sparta. Very interesting. I will be watching to see what the future holds for you.
  4. This is certainly an interesting move by VE, and I am sad to see our treaty cancelled. I have respected VE for a long time now, since I was diplomat there during GWIII. Hope you gain your desired results from this VE.
  5. Upon consideration of this OP I have come to the conclusion that I bear a bitter grudge against the entire CN population. VENGEANCE WILL BE MINE!
  6. This is what Ivan eats for lunch every day:
  7. Wow, amazing response there. Thankyou. If you are referring to me, then no, I was not threatening Zenith, I actually happen to like that alliance. I just have a problem with Rotavele's antics in this thread. If you could explain to me how any of my comments could be construed as threatening, I would appreciate it. Yeah, I probably should have made that a bit clearer, what I meant was the only rights you have are those that you (and by extension your alliance) can defend, as well as those bestowed by Admin.
  8. Your performance in this thread was quite ridiculous, I can only imagine how you have carried on in others. Really? Since when? The only rights you have are those you can defend.
  9. Down with fun! This is a good point. People have to decide what they want and try to make it happen, rather than sit around and blame the top power for anything and everything.
  10. When somebody tries to do something like this, and fails so horribly, people are going to talk about it and laugh at you for a long time.
  11. Thankyou. Please put a muzzle on Rotavele, before he/she/it makes a fool of themselves again.
  12. Hmm, your nation is 7 days old, and you have already declared 2 wars, one using TPF's AA and one with Sparta's AA. And they were against nations wearing the TDO and Legion applicant AAs. This does not bode well for you or your alliance. I do, however, always enjoy a good nonsensical DoE now and then.
  13. Christ people, I know nothing much has happened for a while, but 35 pages of this? Over a DoE and Protectorate? A bit silly, dont you think? Also,
  14. I for one support this amazingly original and well thought out concept. All hail rjm391, disbanner of the NPO and savior of CyberNations!
  15. [OOC] Well no actually. Brits are Pomes (Prisoners of Mother England). It is Italians and Greeks that are mainly referred to as wogs. [/OOC] Good luck out there WOG Squad.
  16. Do you have some great love for BaronUberstein, or do you just enjoy coming in to bat for ZI listed people? It has been proven that he deserved his sentence, for aiding an enemy three seperate times. I suggest you listen to Ejayrazz, for he is a wise man.
  17. Not just a mystery but a MYSTERIOUS MYSTERY! I would guess that a combination of release from the other surrender terms, and the passage of time contributed to an assumption that GPA was no longer under terms, and thus the nuclear restriction was overlooked.
  18. hay gais remember when this thread was about GPA and nukes, and not each others' perceived shortcomings? And on that note, I should congratulate GPA for being released from this term, and hope they learned from the events that led to the imposition of terms in the first place.
  19. Heh. Well I would disagree, but I think we have both made our respective points about this topic well enough.
  20. That just proves my point about preconceived notions. You already thought that the victorious alliances were aggressive, warmongering and underhanded, and so your perception of the issue of nuclear restrictions is coloured by that. The belief that the victors are aggressive and underhanded leads to the assumption that the restriction was in place to keep the GPA down. The belief that a neutral alliance was subjected to terms for so long in order to keep them down then strengthens the notion that the victors are aggressive and underhanded. It's a vicious cycle. Anyway, my point is that someone with a different starting belief about the character of the victors would reach a different conclusion about the nuclear restrictions.
  21. That may be so, but none except those involved know whether the restriction was in place for so long due to forgetfulness, malice, or something else. So it is hard to draw any conclusions about character, values and honour, unless there is a preconceived notion about these things.
  22. If GPA didn't want to accept the nuclear restrictions, they could have chosen not to. Once they accepted, they were bound to stick by them for as long as the victors felt necessary. Whether it was just or not to keep the restrictions for 11 months is irrelevant. The restrictions could have been in place forever, according to the surrender terms. So be happy that the GPA has been released from the term, and not use this opportunity to bash the victors for something that they and the defeated party agreed to.
  23. In case you haven't noticed, the map is Atlantic centered, and the Pacific is cut in half. Makes it a bit hard to put a star there, eh?
  24. This was exactly my reasoning too. And I agree with Demag, the wording was quite confusing. Also, perceived covert planning
