[/quote] The Imperial Order hearby cancels the treaty (which was suspended anyway). Reasoning, Bern's no longer in TIO, Elrich's no longer in SOS. There's not much chance of this treaty being re activated. Safe to say, this treaty is dead. As Sentinal mentioned, there are also probably a few who haven't admitted this glorious trait We are indeed looking at expanding Sirius. We're in negotiations on another two signatories, one is highly interested, another is partially interested. I can see Sirius being quite a large bloc in the not too distant future. Well, I guess I could have worded that differently, but let's just say that this incarnation of TIO has worked out *a lot* better than my original attempt. We've got solid allies, highly experienced gov, and a close community. Its pretty much everything an alliance of 6 months should have.
