This isn't a treaty that revolves around TIO (we can only dream ), there are other alliances in the bloc. Sirius is a stronger unity bloc. Its not simply a bloc like Blunity that says "oh, you can come visit these forums, economics and such). Rather acting more like NOIR is for black, instead of a treaty that holds no military clauses whatsoever. With IAA joining, hopefully we can move even closer to our goal of a more unified sphere.

To put it simply, the way I see this treaty is that it was basically a legitimate treaty, done in a way to make it somewhat unique from other Optional treaties. Yes there've been ONAP clauses before (iirc, that is..), but the way we made the whole treaty just had that personal touch to it. The joke of it, we all (except for Elrich ) found amusing. If you don't see the fun side of it, that's your problem. We can't please everyone.

A treaty is a treaty. Just because it's not as strong as another treaty, doesn't take away the legitimacy of it

If you knew the situation, you'd know that at that time, Bern and Elrich *did not* get along at all, whereas Arrnea and myself are good friends. So it was all the more amusing to put up a treaty like this. The desired effect was reached, and that was all that was required.

[/quote] Someone woke up with their panties in a bunch.. Basically, we signed it for amusement, and the fact it can actually be used as per normal, as it had oAD clauses in it. Last I checked though, treaties can be whatever the hell you want it to be. It did the job, and that's all we needed.
