  1. Yes, this is for real. It's nice to see that Grub has acknowledged that he can't just do whatever he feels like off his own volition without consequences. We feel good knowing we fought for our rights. Time to move on.
  2. NEW are some of the best allies you could have in the game. I say this from fighting alongside them in the same alliance prior to NEW, as well as with them and against them in global wars. To ask NEW to fight for a cause that would eventually kill them isn't just ridiculous, it would be downright greedy and unthoughtful by their allies. From the responses, it seems their allies full well understand NEW's predicament with this war.
  3. Have I told you I love you recently, NEW? <3 GantanX, Cyrus, and the rest of my brothers.
  4. Oh, you got me! Maybe you missed the other 50 posts about using the peace mode to fight long wars.
  5. Keep laughing as our surrender terms will include suspending all treaties, including yours. We'll need a source of regaining tech/land you know. :evilscumbaglaugh:
  6. I never forget a good friend. Wait your turn. Go talk to your Government about why they didn't attack Poison Clan in the first place in the same way they attacked \m/. In case you don't have the time, I'll answer it for you: Cowardice.
  7. The destruction of \m/? And here NpO has been preaching throughout this war that they would avoid just that. I'm glad the addition of 4 million NS is so terrifying you must now destroy \m/ to make it through. If \m/ wanted to apologize and surrender because they angered Grub, they could have. You would have turned your argument against Poison Clan from "looking to gain PR" to "looking to hide" should we have waited another day to enter this war. Who is really fighting a PR battle? Grub telling ComradeGoby in query that this entire war is all just to make sure that people take Polar seriously? Grub do you really need the self-validation this bad? \m/'s actions were neither horrible nor worthy of a CB-less war. At the least, Poison Clan should have been attacked along with \m/. Who is looking to hide now? So sad that you had to ask Fark to convey your request for us to keep allies out. Pathetic. It's amusing you make \m/ out to be some little kid who can't think for themselves; they know as well as I do how hypocritical your actions your actions have been in this war, and to be honest, I have no issues dragging this into as long of a war as we can make it. If \m/ would like to surrender, I have no problem with it. I think our members would prefer to be ZI'd than to live under your boot. We took our opportunities with TPF, and we'll take our opportunities with you. There's no dodging the situation, the solution is our nuclear stockpile.
  8. Umm, did you read our declarations? This is a tech raid. Apparently Grub has made the definition of raiding quite clear now. Doesn't matter if the target has treaties. It also isn't restricted to ground attacks, but includes cruise missiles, aircraft, navy, and nuclear missiles. Peace is also not given. Don't worry, I've been taking notes for the future.
  9. Oh Grub, you read my mind! Please airmail that to me at: Mr. Twisted Rebel 47 Old Dominion Road, Culpeper, Virginia I hope your alliance will last the five-six days it might take.
  10. What is more exciting, that there are 19 wars declare on New Polar Order by Poison Clan, a 70 man alliance, or the 8 wars declared back on Poison Clan from the New Polar Order, a 435 man alliance? This, considering the NpO knew for as long as we did the date and time of our attacks, as stated by Grub in the declaration of war on \m/. If I were you, I would be ashamed to be allied to such an inactive blob of nations.
  11. Won't be the end of us; I'm sure my friends from Murder Inc. will be getting in touch. After extensive discussions with our allies, we have decided to do this ourselves. Hence the lyrics. Sometimes, some things, turn into dumb things, and that's when you put your foot down. We'll fight until there are no nukes left.
  12. Me either! I already spied off three nukes, what is up with your alliance? No spies? Tisk tisk. You know, I always knew I liked you a little. I think we need to re-sign that non-existent treaty that has been canceled twice.
  13. It really is hilarious when you can see right through the pathetic attempts of a scared alliance to set up a victory for themselves. Who knows? Don't end up with just a treaty partner or two, cause Polar will be looking for you next.
  14. That's a fancy way for saying, "\m/ has the weakest position on the treaty web," isn't it, World Police?
  15. It's funny how you can completely avoid diplomatic negotiations and come to \m/ with the pretense that they had any control over this. Was it you spreading the rumors that this was supposed to be a 1v1 or 2v1?
  16. I think my entire alliance would agree when I say we would welcome a fight back. Funny that with four open slots, all you can do is whine. Where is your part of the rebuilding aid to FoA? Do you think your words will magically rebuild them? That's the thing about moralists. They !@#$%* and moan about all things not concerning themselves, always implying their thoughts and beliefs are all that is right, but never actually do a thing about it, waiting for someone else to fight their fights for them. How hard would you cry if someone blew up a piece of your 22k infra? That's what's pathetic. When war comes, I can expect you to be one of the first to run and hide in peace mode. Coward.
  17. Honest praise. It's good that you stick by not raiding. Plus it means less people competing for our raids. Sharing is caring! I got word of the raid and immediately had my boys spread it to GOONS and \m/. Poison Clan has half the members of IAA, but twice the nukes and ~600k more NS than IAA. I think that's all that needs to be said. So damn unfortunate my friends at SSSW18 merged into your pathetic alliance.
  18. Exactly as I said - "Either you raid or you don't raid." I'm not saying that everyone in the thread is hypocritical, just pointing out that many people against raiding are in alliances that raid or have allies that raid. Just a suggestion that they should make some changes at their own home base before trying to tell others what to do and what not to do. As for you, it's good that you stick by the black and white that raiding is and have decided not to raid at all. *Claps*
  19. A real protectorate, a full defense treaty, a treaty of friendship, peace mode, a temporary protectorate... and I'm sure there are more. FoA and their leader have been around long enough to know the ways of the world. There was a clear case of negligence by FoA, but I am glad that Derwood and The Corporation were able to work together quickly after the raid and protect them from any further raids. As always, they have been placed permanently on our Do Not Raid list.
  20. Maybe you should reread the cancellation thread: Here. There was a 72 hour cancellation period, which is more than enough time to find a protector. Hell, I've given protectorates in less than a half hour. Nice try though.
  21. You know what amuses me the most? When someone who is raided is seen as completely and utterly helpless and alone. Poison Clan has stood by its charter in that we will not raid an alliance that has any treaty, even if it is as simple as a Treaty of Friendship. Keep a tie to some alliance outside of your own, and we will respectfully walk on by. Is it not the alliance leader's responsibility to ensure the safety of his alliance mates? Its obvious that FoA has been around for quite some time. The leader of FoA obviously knows the perils that abound for an unaligned alliance. Where is the criticism guided in his direction? I also chuckle when alliances who raid but have arbitrary alliance size limits on what is considered unaligned walk in feeling morally superior. How can you possibly attempt to differentiate raiding between alliances of one, ten, fifty, or two hundred members? Either you raid or you don't raid. Hell, it's even worse if you raid someone with an alliance of None - they don't have any form of diplomatic power, anyone to defend them or aid to recover from alliance mates. Yet so many of you here raid nations on None without thinking twice. Where are the reps sent to them? We fully expect that there is the possibility of our raid targets fighting back. Our rules are simple. Nothing but ground attacks and peace. If the opponent sends cruise missiles or aircraft attacks, send peace - no attacks besides ground attacks. When a nuke is thrown, we fight until the war ends and put them on our Do Not Raid list. For those of you that really care for FoA, I'm awaiting to see treaties written and aid sent to help them rebuild. Until then, your words mean nothing.
  22. Poison Clan loves us some Corporation; we're glad to see this protection, and I know Derwood was talking closely with Corp to ensure that FoA would find itself some protection as soon as possible. Hopefully we can take this opportunity to get to know you guys better ourselves. Congratulations to both parties!
