  1. Congrats to allies and good friends.
  2. Most Infrastructure The player that finishes Tournament Round 30 with the Most Infrastructure record(the most infrastructure ever in the round) will win an item(s) of your choosing from the Cyber Nations Merchandise Store valued $50 and under or four $30 donations applied to your (or your friends) Cyber Nations Standard account. One custom flag design (approved by game administration) uploaded to Cyber Nations. Most Soldiers The player that finishes Tournament Round 30 with the Most Soldiers record (the most soldiers ever in the round) will win an item(s) of your choosing from the Cyber Nations Merchandise Store valued $50 and under or four $30 donations applied to your (or your friends) Cyber Nations Standard account. One custom flag design (approved by game administration) uploaded to Cyber Nations. Most Money Spent The player that finishes Tournament Round 30 with the Most Money Spent record(the most money spent ever in the round) will win an item(s) of your choosing from the Cyber Nations Merchandise Store valued $50 and under or four $30 donations applied to your (or your friends) Cyber Nations Standard account. One custom flag design (approved by game administration) uploaded to Cyber Nations. So I heard that this has been changed to the most infra and soldiers at the time the round last records the data and not as the rules state - (the most infrastructure ever in the round) and (the most soldiers ever in the round) Can you clarify if that is a miscommunication or why this was changed and never formerly announced?
  3. I always doubt he has 1/5 the spies he says he has anyway. Just a great way for him to get under the skin of thin-skinned people.
  4. For those doing the math, that means I've been nuked 14 times from 22 nukes fired and my SDI opponents have been nuked from me 13 times from 34 nukes fired. I'd certainly love to have an equal success rate and the additional 12 nukes currently in stock.
  5. Since I have owned the SDI this round (which is every nuked fired at me) - My SDI has blocked 8 and failed to block 14. That is a 36.4% block rate or a 63.6% success rate for my opponents. Of the 46 nukes I've fired this round, 34 were fired at nations also owning the SDI. 21 of those 34 have been thwarted for a block rate of 61.8% for them, or a 38.2% success rate from me. I'd fake rage a bit, but this happens to me more often than not in TE and I am pretty numb to it. I'd love to see the SDI or nukes go away for at least a round and take away the completely random element of luck involved.
  6. This is exactly what I am thinking. We did have a great chat and I took time out of my very hectic day to chat with NG and DS and make sure peace was being handled for you...then you turn right around and pull this stunt again. Methrage, I will talk with you offline.
  7. People without common knowledge start sentences like that. DBDC recognizes a state of war with the Rotavele and will consider any aid offers to his nation an act of war from the alliance and the allies of the alliance who send them. We are not going to play around with micro attention whores anymore. Declare war on us and there will be consequences for those who choose to deal with you.
  8. Looks like him. Only one of my five wars is still buying troops and not completely wrecked. My only real casualties will come from eating nukes.
  9. I know man. Wish I had slots open. Congrats to TPC in advance for the extra land and tech.
  10. This is the reason its called the Rotavele clause folks.
  11. oh yeah, also no restrictions on NS attack range. Its a free for all...cue Ted Nugent
  12. I like the concept. I suggest same starting build, but no restrictions on AA stuff or trades. Make it a round with no nukes. When your nation is put into anarchy or drops below 1K infra it freezes and you are eliminated. Round is 60 days max. Last three standing win (Order of win is based on who knocks out the most people with final NS as the tiebreaker) or the three with the most knockouts at the end of 60 days wins. Other wins include: Most knockouts Most casualties
  13. I was looking at nuke reports and saw he did it again today. We have an old picture on the MK boards that comes to mind...
  14. When they attacked you, your NS was 21,405. You had 20 nukes, a MP and SDI. They were 20,798 NS and 22,390 NS with 9 nukes each and an SDI, no MPs. They also hit two more nations of equal size. You declared on a nation half your strength as your only war and only your second war of the entire round. If you think those two situations are comparable in any way, you are even dumber than I realized...
  15. I got the bug today. Defcon was spied yesterday. DEFCON 5 - Due to recent spy operations against your nation you must collect taxes in order to change your DEFCON Level. http://tournament.cybernations.net/nation_drill_display.asp?Nation_ID=1000001 No spy ops done on me today.
  16. I don't understand what you are trying to say. If you wanted a challenge perhaps you could have requested targets that weren't already well covered and were closer to your ns. One of your targets was already in nuke anarchy and has been in steady war since 11 May. The other has zero troops or nukes and I don't think he's been very active since the last time he was nuked other than keeping his tc active.
  17. They have another guy who declared his first war of the round and just broke his casualty cherry. We would have hit them all when we declared earlier this round, but we only had so many nations.
  18. The lower tiers on the wrong end of some beat downs might disagree with that. Some of our guys just coming out of a nuke fight, broke, and finding themselves fighting 3 superior nations aren't going to be able to provide that challenging war you said you were looking for. In the upper tiers I have no doubt we will dominate. Not only because we are better than everyone we are currently facing, but several large nations on your side have yet to declare or have chosen to attack people half their size and not hit the available upper tier targets. We will see how it plays out.
  19. He was comparing you to Hal in OP, who also posts many great Dows. I just pulled these stats. Obviously some nukes have flown since update, but we've been at a constant state of war now for 19 days so our stats have been flucuating anyway. TEPD 41 Nations 489,209 strength 11,932 avg ns 156 nukes Coalition 85 Nations 812,854 strength 9,563 avg ns 325 nukes NS Tiers Sub 10K: TEPD 24 - Coalition 51 10K+: TEPD 17 - Coalition 34 15K+: TEPD 13 - Coaltion 16 20K+: TEPD 9 - Coalition 11 25K+: TEPD 4 - Coalition 4 30K+: TEPD 2 - Coalition 2 Decent match-up on paper in the upper tiers, but it will be quite the challenge for our guys in the lower ranges. The nuke difference will really show as ours are facing many more SDI's (and from what I've seen, much more effective SDI's). Edit - added some spacing between stats
  20. Sorry Yung Farva, no car Ramrod in the TEPD.
