1. More recruits than we've probably had total in the past two years. Thanks Rob.
 2. Wow. mind=blown. Very impressive stuff there. Thanks!
 3. This made my day. Actually, US Soccer made my day, this helped a lot.
 4. I too support World Cup as a theme.
 5. Not a submission, but there's potential here for ... something. I'll admit, I wasn't informed until I posted this that UPN does NOT, in fact, stand for United Puppy Nations. Who knew. But I like puppies. I've also never seen a war flag for UPN - due to my ignorance or lack of use, I dunno. But I decided to create one for them. I've always favored the classic, simplistic design that still has the ability to send a message. I feel I have accomplished that in this one. 6.
This SOTW makes me incredibly sad because the people who really deserve the votes here are not getting them. Aquilos, for his beautiful Mewtwo sig; it's dynamic sense of movement really draws one's eye to the centerpiece, Mew's clone. The only drawback is the text, as I would have preferred something like Helvetica or Times New Roman to be used. Davian Thule, for his beautiful Ho-oh vector-based signature; the Ho-oh is beautiful in and of itself, and fits perfectly among the shapes and outlines. The filters applied to this sig are gorgeous. Again, my only problem with it lies in the text, although you acknowledged it when we last spoke. The "Davian Thule" part really seems out of place with it's miss-matched glow/stroke effects. Banksy, for his fiery Ninetales signature; the kitsune fits in perfectly with her background inferno. The abstract, random lines really drive home the surrounding heat that Ninetales produces. Once again, my only complaint is the text, which Banksy seems to have fixed in later versions of his signature (which he might be wearing, or at least was at one point). I'm disappointed to see that these three are not leading the race. No offense to those participating, but this is a graphics competition, not a popularity contest. And for clarification, it is most certainly not the hardest decision of your life! Charmander if you've got the balls and the heart, Squirtle if you've got the brains and ravishingly good looks, and Bulbasaur if you're incapable of lifting your own arms. Fairly cut and dry, I would say.
Preciate the kind words. Thought about TNR, but I couldn't get it to look just right. I voted for the Ninetales. I've honestly never seen anything like it, and it looks great.
 7.
But can you imagine all the 'rise of ebil TPF' ragelolz?
Oh I can't wait.
 8.
The "TPF Applicant" alliance affiliation now has 105 members, thats alot of people, but alot who aren't following directions and posting an applicants. In a few days time, their applicant AA will grow larger then their primary AA (which currently has 135, and realistically it could grow into the top 200 by the time this contest comes to a conclusion.
I wouldn't say a lot aren't following. But there are a handful, just like every other alliance. And indeed, I never thought our applicant AA would be larger than our primary. Who knew. o/ Rob
 9.
If it's not in the first 150 it doesn't count~
Indeed. Also the only ones I know. :/ edit: with the exception of my avatar lol.

 11. Davian's was great. Great detail throughout - love the text. Really liked Gairyuki's too.
 12.
Needs more Geo. Given how nicely you spoke of Slayer I'm surprised you forgot his crown jewel of a war against the evil and hateful NoV. You probably just forgot about it. Probably.
Wouldn't you? o/ TPF. It's been fun.
 13. Ain't no party like the TPF party cuz the TPF party don't stop.
 14. Iirc, there was a thread about Caffine1 rejoining gov and ignoring that term. Don't hold me to that, though. All in all, good show.
 15.
Funny story about that. Like two weeks ago (I don't know exactly how long ago. I don't remember anything and am going off of IRC logs, more on this later) Xiphosis ordered me to draw up target lists on Polar, issue orders to go to war, that sort of thing. You know, 'cause it's my job. Also since his bank account was frozen [OOC]He's being investigated on charges of domestic terrorism (probably false) and narcotic distribution (probably true)[/OOC] he mailed me some money to pay for the servers our forums are hosted on. Being the fine upstanding citizen that I am, I realized that the money was probably his ill-gotten profits from his latest coke deal and decided to embezzle it, then go out on the town every night and get completely !@#$faced, usually coming home with one, maybe two or three prostitutes. Needless to say, I forgot all about giving out those war orders. My bad >.> Edit: Oh, and if our forums go offline at the end of the month, that's probably my fault, too. Sorry.
I think that's in my top 5 favorite posts I've ever seen. All in all, every WAPA guy I talked to was pretty cool. o/ to all involved.
 16. I'm not sure how detailed you want the leaders thing to be, but TPF was founded with a triumvirate: Slayer99, TimLee, and Geopet. The Big Bad, JBone, and Wingwhiper have also had large influences on TPF and the white team.
 17.
How many wars before you guys run out of original DOW ideas? Oh and gl/hv
Sounds like a challenge.
 18.
I can understand the anger over all the peripheral stuff, but are people actually angry with us for honouring a treaty, and especially angry for doing so when it puts us in a horrible position? Why didn't we hit TSO? Well, the OP states fairly clearly that MK requested help with TOP, so we DoWed TOP. Being asked for help against one alliance and then honouring that by DoWing another wouldn't have made much sense really.
It's more of the issue that your leader lied explicitly to multiple alliances, and gave his absolute word. Which apparently means nothing. I don't think I could be in an alliance, knowing that my leader not only lied, but also seems almost.. proud of the lie. Trust is out the window, now.
