    I must have misspoke. I have no problem with down declares, it's the thing to do. I have no problem with selling infra to get down to where the targets are. In the top tier you can find yourself with no targets. I don't even have any real problem with MI6 staying snuggly warm in PM. I do have a problem with an experienced nation with wonders selling all of their infra and other assets to attack a nation that is less than a month old. All I'm saying to him is: Come at me bro Oh, yeah to the guy that said I hit him hard in war: I seem to remember you doing a few hard hits yourself -- was a good war

Sell everything and declare on a bunch of brand new nations without a single wonder, then buy up. throw around some nukes and laugh. OOps, you go to high and someone that can fight your wonders hits you so you turtle and cry. and sell down and hide for a while. Then declare on guys that are under a month old when you can. etc. Now I have a novel Idea. Granted I'm fighting two of MI6s good nations right now (along with someone who is probably unconscious) but how about you buy up and fight me. This is me calling you out. Come fight me Charles. I'll even promise not to nuke for 24 hours :) To the rest of MI6, I like you guys

    I don't ever really see PM used as a strategy. I see it used as a way to hide in a hole till the end of a war so you can pretend to have higher NS after the war. Then the next war that NS goes and hides again. Some nations enter PM during a war to refit and come out slugging. This isn't as common though. And I can't actually remember anyone effectively using it as a strategy for counters and such. Although I hear ALOT of people that use it as a hole claim to. Maybe I am wrong here, I don't follow these things as closely as others do

    Yeah, watch, they'll stay that way the entire war and just not fight. Not a strategy, for them it's a lifestyle. They like to talk loudly and carry a miniscule stick.

    I'm a little confused on the definition of hard and soft NS. Is soft NS the 106 nations in war mode and hard NS the 100 nations in peace mode? Don't mean to be rude. Now I see 108 of their nations in anarchy. Somebody dropped a stagger on them. Edit: CN math is a little fuzzy, stats page says they have only 205 nations, yet 106+100= not 205

    Half of GATO is in PM and the war just started for them. And they are on the winning side! Who are the people that sign treaties with these guys and actually expect them to do something to honor them more than symbolically? Who does that? To all of GATO's allies: *points and laughs at GATO*

    GATO couldn't successfully fight a micro alliance. They war through "peacemode" and then blame the micro for them being in peacemode saying they fought too hard You can quote me on that.

    By attacking we at least got in a day or so of offense and to just attack. By waiting we risked getting no chance to attack at all, other than nukes. Some of you guys had great SDI's by the way.

    I see on day 5 every nation not in an alliance completely crushed. Then by day 10 or sooner it moves to small alliances. As sec defense for FIST I gave an order not to raid any alliance over rank 16. Spent the next week trying to enforce it when all the other alliances were allowing it. Lost my temper on a small alliance over a rouge. As far as I can tell raiding usually costs more than it brings in. Unless all alliances enforce no raiding and leave raiders allianceless this will not end. I'll take the argument to to FIST council halls if the rest of TE major alliances will follow suite. But the rule would have to be none in any alliance is allowed to raid. Any deviation from that and the current system comes back
