1. I will begin making a map. I'll keep everyone updated on it. Once i finish the map i will make the main thread, copy?
2. Who will make the map? If noone else is able or wants to i will do it. For the Commonwealth of Massachusetts shall rise.
3. 5/7 Antofagasta: Fochingburg progress has been successful so far, and people are already being allowed into the town as tourists. The town will soon be a proud city of the Territory of Bolivia, and the capital of the future state of Antofagasta. Presidente Foch recently reveiled that he was not the one to name the town, which suprised the entire country saying that is is named after him. 3/7 Alto Paraguay: Recovery from the recent militia attacks on the state have been completed and Bolivian Army has been kind enough to assist in rebuilding any buildings and crops taken down from the attack. Presidente Foch also arrived and kindly gave out money to the farmers who had suffered most. Due to recent attacks, forces in the state were increased as about 500 were brought over to Alto from the Military Department of Boqueron. 3/7 Boqueron: Success in Boqueron as of late could not be understated. The forces successfully captured and executed over 5,000 men suspected of attacking the state, and then the same troops completely wiped out the resistance that had attacked Alto. The people of the state were feeling quite safe in the cities, and most farmers outside of the cities boundaries had either moved to the cities or bought land and moved to Alto. The Presidente announced that Boqueron would not be issued a representative, but instead would be issued two generals who would be in charge there, however who it will be is still unknown.
4. Ferdinand Foch, who was already standing and tallying the votes, would now say his vote. "Territory of Bolivia votes for the UGR." Foch was quite interested in how the votes were going, so stood and spoke once again. "Out of the nine signatories of the New World Order Defense Bloc, the United Guyana Republic has won the election with five of the votes. You may still vote if you feel so inclined, but know that UGR is the Second President of the New World Order. Congratulations to them." OOC: This means voting has ended early.
5. Maybe it can be like Mass Effect, but if you name it Mass Effect RP, people who don't like Mass Effect will not play. See what i mean?
6. "Note that Tikal is no longer president and therefore does not have the authority to appoint a vice president."
7. Just recently re-joining the New World Order, Ferdinand Foch would handle the task of tallying votes for the potential new president of New World Order. He would meet the rest of the American nations at a council building. He would rise and step up to the podium and speak: "When voting, please statethe nation you represent and who you vote for". OOC: The vote will last for 24 hours, anyone who does not respond will not be included in the tally.
8. Confidential With Tikal permantly seizing operations in 2 Peruan states and handing them to Territory of Bolivia, Bolivia is very anxious to start actions in them and assure that they will remain protected by Bolivia for good. Bolivia would begin by sending troops to the regions and beginning friendly projects in the states. They would assist in forming governments, homes, and cities. Bolivia's assistance would long be remembered by the people of Peru.
9. Confidential to Tikal "We are not very sure if this is the intelligent thing to do, but ok. I do hope you understand why we would be suspicious of this, saying that you just went to a lot of trouble to threaten us and take those lands, Especially northern Ucayali, and now just giving them to us. But ok, trusting you." Confidential 4,000 Bolivian Soldiers are sent to Northern Ucayali and Huánuco, and the states would promptly be welcomed by the Presidente's Cabinet.
10. "Are you sure you want to do this? If there is something wrong we should know about, please do tell us and we will see what we may do to help. Also, will this be a permanent change or temporary?"
11. Confidential -The recent attack on La Paz by militia resistance has led to chaos within the city and province it is within. Presidente Foch was offered to be taken out of the city to safety, but being the man he was declined. Bolivian Army suffered losses, and so did the city. In the end the resistance was taken prisoner and executed for treason against the Territory of Bolivia. Situation is deemed under control and has been dealt with to the best of abilities. Government has been working on rebuilding the city from the event and thus brought home 1000 soldiers from Peru to assist in rebuilding of La Paz. -With the recent attack on La Paz, many people attempted to escape the city via Yungas Road, which lead to the most dangerous road in the world having the largest traffic jam in Bolivia history, while Militia marched past the people and into the city. Thus, projects will be held to make the road up-to-code in case of a future situation.
12. After Tikal gave in to Saxony and its cause, Foch would make his way to the halls of the New World Order to resign the treaty. After he arrived, he would quietly ask a valid question. "Am I welcome to come in? I have arrived to validate my nations signature in the New World Order treaty."
13. Public -The recent possibility and rumor of the Presidente's resignation has become a headline, especially for The Fochingburg Press, who recently had an arguement about who would write about the topic because everyone wanted to. -A bad tropical storm hit La Paz and its surrounding area the other day, which led to 5 deaths on "Death Road". This years dead body count is a staggering 32 deaths and 71 injuries. These record-breaking numbers come as a definite suprise as many actions have recently been taken to make the road to code. -Recently, scientists have collected data to conclude that this coming winter should be record-breakingly cold for Bolivia and its protectorates. This has put "global-warming" theorists at a dead end as it is already getting colder. -Events regarding the supposed envasion to Greenland have been suttle here in Bolivia as thanks to Foch, the people have no reason to worry about the safety of there family and friends in the Bolivian Army. However, Foch's recent communications to "Saxony" have been nothing better than a failure, Presidente Foch says.
14. So you took previous wars and your nations anniversary to make another announcement? Are you kidding me?
15. Tikal has a good point. It was not really plotting, it was more like getting our ducks in a row. However I do think there was no reason for the invasion to be paused.
16. "Oh, and before I leave, the Bolivian Army has recently established our final border plans. We are planning on Annexing all our Peruan territory, Antofagasta of Chile, and the Paraguay states of Alto Paraguay and Boqueron. If you allow us to do this, we will not annex anymore territory besides those. We may take some Pacific Islands, but not much other than that. Hopefully you allow us to do that." -Presidente Ferdinand Foch of the Bolivian Army
17. Public -The possibility of Fochinburg becoming the capital of Bolivia lingers, of course, the state of Antofagasta will have to be annexed first, but the medieval feel of the city is great. And although once it is annexed, it will be only the 43rd largest city in Bolivia, it is a great town that will bring in much tourist attention each year. -Bolivia has recently relieved itself from the New World Order until further notice, and it is interesting. The story behind it is that Major Foch was attempting to keep Bolivia out of the conflict up north. -New leadership in the junta, inculding a new set of generals, corprals, and liutenants has lead to a change in title for the Major General. The Major General will now be referred to politically as Presidente Foch of the Bolivian Army. Also, the generals will be politically referred to as the Bolivian Armies Cabinet. Bolivia's Own Armed Forces are now referred to as the Bolivian Army.
18. "We will return to the New World Order once we are welcome again, and when we feel confortable. And Mr. Confederacy, don't joke like that. My ancestors were Confederate in the first confederacy, so please do not make a joke out of a nation with such great potential as yours."
19. "Well then consider the Territory of Bolivia's name suspended from the "New World Order" until further notice. Following?"
20. "The only reason we are doing this, and the only reason we recently sent a message to Saxony, is because we do not want to be forced to fight a war simply because we are in an American bloc. We do not feel like it is a colony, thus have no real reason to fight. Following? In regards to CSA, I do not like Saxony, but I feel that there is no reason to attack them because they are simply trying to restart there nation in a different land. We do not want to be required to fight a war that should not be faught. Not to mention, where was Tikal when someone poached our most promising protectorate? On the other side."
21. "Ah, Presidente is catching up, i see. But not once does it say that if a nation does not meet those requirements, then it is considered a colony and is frowned upon. And if you say that it does say that, well then you seem to not understand the definition of colony. But really people? All you guys are saying you are going to stop Saxony, yet are focusing all your energy on forcing Bolivia to help? Aren't there more important things to be focused on right now? Not to mention Tikal, who specifically said it hopes New World Order Members stand with them, however it seems to me that rather than hoping we help, he is basically forcing us to help. Tikal, if we had to help you should have just said so. But again, politically it doesn't make sense to send people to help when it is not required."
22. 4/7 Antofagasta: Antofagasta schools have recently been working on fire, tornado, intruder, and bomb drills in all schools, working on underground bunkers beneath the schools that the floor plan is exactly that of the above stairs schools so that they may easily continue going to classes while protected by the bunker walls. 2/7 Alto Paraguay: The rural district of Alto was recently attacked by militia resistance, and although it was not neutralized, Bolivia's Own Armed Forces pushed them back to the borders of Alto Paraguay. Crops ruined by the attacks were promptly replaced for no charge by BOAF, and the farmers were very grateful. 2/7 Boqueron: "Oh, what a place that state is." Is a quote from Private Bernard Jones, who had recently worked in Peruan borders during the conflict with Tikal, and had only joined the army 5 months ago. However, it was on that day that he was promoted to Private First Class. Speaking of Boqueron, soon to be the safest place in the world, it was running smoothly, with identification checks outside of every major city, and forces whos contracts are almost up are training and working here peacefully, and being tested for PTSD once a month.
