Peruan provinces of Tacna, Puno, Moquegua, and Cuzco are now protectorate of Territory of Bolivia.

News La Paz- Recently the new nation of Bolivia has been very active in world politics, with two nations arriving already. Rumors are also circulating around the fact that Bolivia may be joining up with the New World Order Defense Bloc, which is a yet-to-be-signed bloc lead by the nation of Tikal. Death Road- Today on Death Road, the world's most dangerous road, there was major traffic going into La Paz, which led to 3 deaths today alone. This has lead to the government issuing multiple soldiers to guide the vehicles for the days to come. Actions Private -Major General Foch meets with New Tongzhi in La Paz. -Corporal Poloni meets with U.G.R. in La Paz Public 1/7 Tacna, Puno, Moquegua and Cuzco: Military deploys 4,000 soldiers to the Peruan provinces of Tacna, Puno, Moquegua, and Cuzco to secure as protectorate.

Coropral Ken Poloni would greet Decalso and bring him to the vehicle which would be bringing him to the palace. "So, Mr. Decalso, i have heard news of this New World Order, and our nation is highly interested in joining this. We will particiapate in any meetings nessesary to sign, i would just need to notify my superior, Major General Foch."

"I do hope that your nation may last longer this time. Now, here in La Paz we have many things to see. Depending on how long you will be here, you should have plenty of time to see the sights. Just let me know if you have any questions." The vehicle arrived in front of the palace, and Foch brought Thao into his office, where he offered her to sit. After a few seconds of silence, Foch recieved a phone call and answered it. Foch pauses for a few seconds before beginning to speak rapid spanish over the phone, and after about a minute he switches to french and then back to spanish again before hanging up. "Very sorry about that, I just had to deal with another...situation."

"Bolivia was wondering if we would be invited to the New World Order and brought to whatever meetings or conferences required to sign."

"Of course we will say yes. Whatever we need to do, if we must be at a certain meeting at a certain time, i'll be there. Just let me know."

"Due to the recent "Restoring Brazil" project held by the States of Rio de Janeiro, the Territory of Bolivia would like to clarify to the state that the section of Brazil known as "Acre" is currently a state of Bolivia, and therefore want Rio de Janeiro officials to stay out of the state known as "Acre". This is just a friendly request by Bolivia."

"Bolivia is very busy at the time, but we could be sure to make attempts of co-operation with State of Rio de Janeiro."

Thao would be approached by the Major General who would quietly greet her and then escort her to the vehicle in which would be driving her to Foch's palace. "I am very curious to hear about how your nation came back into existence, if you would not mind." Foch had a slight note of fear in his voice when speaking to such an important figure.

"Bolivia would be happy to exchange ambassadors with your nation."

The Major General's palace would quickly be cleaned up, and the closest airport closed for New Tongzhi use only, and the representative from the nation would be expected within the next few days. Major General Foch then called a private meeting of his general's below him. Foch:"We must discuss New Tongzhi's arrival." The Major General, after the meeting, would be then sit in his room and await the arrival of the representative of New Tongzhi. Foch would be extremely excited to meet the rep.

"Hello. Major General Foch requests to meet privately in La Paz, Bolivia with New Tongzhi officials, if they are so willing. We thank you in advance, and cannot wait to meet you in our capital."

Due to Rio's establishment of forces in Rodonia, i will instead lay claim to the Chilian states of "Tarapaca" and "Arica and Parinacota". Acre is still Bolivia's claim though.

In the harsh state of America, when it seems that hope for civilization to advance is lost, The Territory of Bolivia comes into existence to help make America stable again. We will be lead my a military government, with Major General Foch leading this nation. The Territory of Bolivia lays claim to Bolivia and multiple brazilian states in which were not claimed prior to our existence. Hopefully we are welcomed by other nations in america and they are friendly. "Hello, my name is Major General Foch of the Territory of Bolivia. Our goals as an American nation is to assist in protecting this continent under all costs. In regards to any hatred we might get for our government, I want to assure people that this government is stable and is in no way communist or a dictatorship, so you way be assured that we may be trusted. We will protect the coasts, we will fight on the land, and we will fire from the sky until our land is returned to prosperity. Bolivia is not yet dead.
